Very helpful at Premier Furniture in rental.. Love the drop off box to leave keys.. Plan on renting again. Thank you, Vickie Maddox
Vickie MThe store was closed when I arrived at 4:30 PM on Saturday. The weak cell service did not allow me to complete the rental return online. I took pictures of my return time, rented items like the appliance dolly and the cloth pads.

Timothy SIf you drop off an hour late, they will charge you a full extra rental day. They definitely would not refund you any money for returning early but charged you a full day on the latter. I would understand if the truck was in demand and held up other rentals but when you see the truck out there for almost a week and do not get an overcharge invoice until 5 days later, they're asking to get a trash review.

Daleya JOn line checking is redundant. Having to enter mileage and gas then take photos of same is overkill in my opinion.
GARY RThe employee input my information incorrectly saying I'd have the u haul for 1 days and only going 30 miles LIE. And I returned it the same day so I paid 140 for the uhaul and you guys keep trying to bill my card $60 due to your employees mistake! I will never recommend uhaul and i deactivated my card so good luck getting that $60.
Kimberly QUhaul was disgusting. Looks like people were living in back with fast food bags with food & broken glasses everywhere. Smelt like mothballs. Cab had drinks spilled over everything including the dash. Took 4 hours of scrubbing to get back of truck clean enough to put boxes in to haul, of course after I laid plastic down first.
Scotty MDue to having issues with my updated payment method it took an hour and a half to figure out the issue. Basically I was manually entering in my new card number and the site was changing it to my old payment method. So once I called the bank and they told me the issue I then called the representative back and told them what the problem was. I told them the drop off location and they set it to where I asked. This was over the phone with the main office I assume. So when we got to where we were going and unloaded the truck-at around 9pm. I attempted to return it. But couldn't because it had my return office set to a location 2 hours away. So I called customer service again and they informed me I'd have to call back the next day because scheduling was closed. Mind you I have a job so I had to work and wouldn't have a way to take it the next day. (I work 12 hour shifts) so my boyfriend wouldn't have a way back home once the truck was as dropped off. I spent over 4 hours online and on the phone trying to fix everything that whole day with them. Overall it was very inconvenient with the way everything was handled. We dropped the truck off at the original location we had agreed upon on the phone and online when the reservation was made. I appreciate being able to use the truck, but the hoops we had to jump through almost wasn't worth the 300$ spent. I have used them once before through the office and that's the best way because out of the 7 people I talked to nobody could really fix the issues. My first experience was smooth with no issues. This one was horrible.

Misty PNo one at the store knew how to check in Uhaul equipment. I walked in and no one was around waited 5 minutes then starting walking around yelling and finally found someone. I would not suggest this drop off to anyone!

Grant BI reserved my Uhaul 2 days prior to pick up in Dyersburg TN. Then had to drive another 60 miles round trip to pick it up. Was very upset that every where I went said we don't have a reservation for you.
MARTHA WTruck was not clean in cab or box. Dolly was not in there. I turned it back in by the app and did not receive my $20 back like I was told I would. App would not let me upload photos to show damage to right rear before I took it, or the trash everywhere. Tank should have been full. Bad experience completely

rita mThe truck was on empty when I got it. Put gas in and was charge for gas. Up on return they did not look at it to inspect it and charge my account more. Believe I was over charge second time.
Michael SPremier furniture was a nightmare. I have never dealt with a person so rude as Sally. Keys where locked in the vehicle and the other one would not crank. I was told it wasn't her problem. Ronnie at uhaul was wonderful. He worked with me till we got one. I was moving furniture for son that is in the Army. Turning it back it was great. The man in Kansas was a really nice guy. I appreciate Ronnie and the guy in Kansas for their understanding and help. Will not use uhaul if I have to use Premier Furniture again. 30 minutes turned into a 2,5 hour nightmare.

william lI wouldn't recommend U-Haul... period. The truck was not clean, there was less fuel than stated. I had to go out of my way and pick up a day early, was told we'd get it free fora day and was still over charged. Just a bad experience overall. When people move.

Sandra NMy trailer I rented wasn't acceptable at all. Both fenders were broken and had to fix them myself. The trailer lights didn't work so I had to go and buy $50 worth of trailer lights to be able to pull the trailer to it's destination. Overall I'm very unsatisfied with the experience.
Thomas MI informed the lady checking us out that the fuel was at 16 miles to empty. She put my return fuel to be at 1/4 of a tank. Told me I wouldn't get charged for it being over. But I am supposed to put out the extra $20 to put it at 1/4 tank when I picked it up with less than a 1/16th. Not very courteous.

Eddie WHaving not wait till 10:00 A.M to be able to pick up your truck when you're paying someone by the hour to help you would be an improvement. Also don't know whether it was the computer or the one that was work in the computer but when you're supposed to pick it up at 10 and don't get out of there until 20 minutes till 11 because of computer problems or not knowing what we're doing would be an improvement. But drop off was rather smooth. Also picking up the truck I'm thinking you had a full tank of gas would be helpful. Wasn't even on a quarter of a tank of gas. Not sure how much the truck got mph we filled the truck with gas. Returning the truck gas gage reading just off the 3/4 tank of gas.
JOHN KMy experience with this move was a living nightmare! The reservation was not honored on time, the location did not have the components of the reservation, and I had to wait for the truck to be brought from a location over an hour away. The sign said that my reservation would be on time, right equipment or I would be paid $50.00. I want you to honor that promise asap!!!

GINA Gwindshield wipers were bad. used cigarette butts in ashtray. truck smelled. billed extra after returning truck before time scheduled. probably will not use u haul again.
Willa CThe brake lights did not work on the first unit we were given. Got a different one and halfway to our destination the left hand blinker stopped working making it very difficult to merge or switch landed in traffic.
DANA TLady's were very helpful, however, uhaul makes it very hard to rent a car tower due to there computer system telling the worker it's not recommended to tow! I should not be denied a tow trailer!
angela tI feel like I was ripped off. I only needed the trailer for one day but the worker told me that the computer was not letting her rent it to me for a single day that I had to pay for two. The lady was friendly about it but I don't understand why I could not rent the trailer for one day only. I am going to be needing a trailer more in the near future and I am already exploring other options because this.

STEPHEN LThere was a lot of confusion going on.The computers were down and our pick up place was at another place which the truck was not there st all. The contract was given to us it was in French we didnt know where to drop the truck off or what time the place closed, it was a mess. We were 4 hrs late getting started but they were good about that they gave us another day, just i had to take off work so we could finish.the next day.
