This was a very pleasant interaction
Ion MI requested an appliance dolly with my rental truck and when I arrived I was informed that they did not have one available. I made my reservation days earlier. The lack of the dolly made my move much much harder than it should have been.

David HI I always use U-Haul for anything that I need to move. This Location is always been great Customer Service. I forget the ladies name, but she was wonderful no hassle straight to the point excellent service.

Valorie RWe had a misunderstanding regarding the gas level. Staff call us and allowed us to return and put gas in truck.
sandra hThe truck was in rough shape, bent bumper and a lot of exterior damage. It operated fine. I was switched from my original location and the new pick up location didn't have it set up and ready with dolly, but I was in and out quickly.

Raymond HNot every Uhaul location is created equally. The front bumper on right hand side was coming off so I drove around with a truck that had been in accident along with this location charging for milage that cost as much as the amount of time I rented the truck.

JUAN GWe were told by Uhaul that we could drop off at this store and when we arrived we were treated poorly and told they could not take the auto carrier and we would have to take it to another dealer. We explained uhaul told us to drop off at their location they didn't care.

Matt NWhen we picked up the truck it was not clean! I had to was the windows, there was a dog in it before nose prints all over the windows. Dog hair all inside the cab. Not acceptable.

Valerie HThis Zephyrhills location reserved me a Lakeland location 20' pickup. Only to find out that location doesn't have a 20' truck. So we scrambled around FL looking for a 20' truck. None were Available due to it being the day of rental.we had to get a 15' truck and make an extra trip. Costing me more money. Very disappointed with this experience. Scheduling pick equipment must be priority.
Brian PI've used Uhaul on several occasions and have never had an issue. However, this experience was nothing short of horrible turning in the truck is a money scheme joke, I did everything correctly took the pictures of the odometer and fuel plus both inside the cab as well as the cargo area placed the keys in the drop box and was still charged $20 for what a complete ripoff scheme
gregory gThis is the second time I've rented a uhaul within the past 5/6 months and have charged extra the first time was $25. I called and could be given an explanation. This I rented the vehicle and was charged $89 when it was supposed to be 19,99 a day. Please explain… I have never before this experienced extra fees with no explanation from the location. Very disappointed. I will not be using uhaul again if I have a better option
LUZ MFree wifi hotspot for customers like to be able to use the app to check in and checkout the trucks I was unsuccessful in picking up and dropping off due to the parking lot being a dead zone for cell service making it impossible to online chat with customer care or to use the U-Haul app.

dominick oThe experience would have been much better if the location wasnt changed on me at the last minute where to pick up the uhaul. I had to pay more gas because instead of picking up two blocks from my house I had to go 20 miles round trip just to get a truck.
Carrie YIn the last 3 weeks I have used you haul every week end due to moving a home after 30 years, and I have to say the ladies here at this location where very Pleasant compared to the other locations and Pinellas county. If in need of a haul in Future I will go back to this location and I will Refer people to this location

dawn smaybe have smaller trucks available ,, I reserved a 15 ft at one place and went across town and no one in town had one . Then I received a phone call tell me their was one 12 miles further away . The thing is if you reserve one and told its not their when you get their,, it makes you think twice about using Uhaul in the future
timothy cI was charged $25 for a cleaning fee because the truck was dirty when I got it and I answered no for cleanliness on the drop off survey. The light inside the box didn't come on. I received very little instructions from the location so I know to login to why the code for the key, so it took over 30 minutes.
