The location & the staff was nice but I was overcharged & still waiting for it to be fixed.

Best uhaul experience I have ever had!!
Larry STook an hour to get the truck! Lost an hour of living and the money I paid to have a mover. No one would answer the phones. Then on hold multiple times. Worst experience ever and I have rented 10 plus times from a uhaul dealer. Do NOT use this location or the in line rental. They cost me time and money!!
Teresa NUhaul changed my reservation the day before pick-up, which was very annoying! The guy that assisted me was pleasant and helpful but the truck was very dirty and raggedy! The gas was not exactly at 3/4 full like the paper stated, and I added gas (13$ worth) after driving 70 miles but was still charged 26,5$ for five gallons of gas! Ridiculous! Such a FN rip off. Next time I will use Penske or another company!

ORLANDOLUIS TWe found the U-Haul drop off box after walking around but the business doesn't have a sign out front. Kind of looks like they aren't in business. They are not open on weekends per U-Haul so there was no one there for us to meet and even if they were open per their hours I don't think anyone would have been there. The other U-Haul trailers in the parking lot were the only way we knew where to park the truck. And the U-Haul that were there were dirty looking in my opinion. Maybe we just got a really nice one on the outside. Appreciate the location of this drop off though.
