The front desk staff was great!
Shakaya FThe u-haul, on-line system, did NOT work on my phone; so I could not get my truck until 10am! This was a big problem, since the movers I hired were @my house, waiting for me! Make the u-haul, online system more "old people" friendly. My phone cannot have apps put on it, but I can use my data to open websites. I had to call a half dozen u-haul agents, that took all week, to set up the products you offer! I was on the phone Monday, to late Thursday evening, then moved on Friday, last week! It was very frustrating, trying over & over, in the u-haul system, to coordinate it all!

FERDY JWhen I arrived to drop off the equipment the owner of the auto place told me I couldn’t drop it off there and I informed him I was doing what the app told me and I parked it where other U-Hauls was parked he told me it would be towed and I would have to pay!! Very upset on his behavior
Steven HTruck was never cleaned. It wasn't check I'm had to wait for truck to be check in. Also truck was empty on gas. The cab was very dirty with trashy. And I had to sweep out the box. Before loading

Heather HThe pictures we got for the equipment check etc were nothing like the condition of the van. There was a lot of damage to the vehicle (that I documented in the check-in). MANY issues with this listed below: More accurately update damage images and make sure things work e.g. A/C, headlights, steering... Full list of issues: - The driving area had a leak above the driver's seat and we went through several bouts of rain. Driver was soaked and I had water damage to some expensive makeup I was keeping up front to prevent heat damage. This happened several times from north FL all the way to the northeast. I lost 3 boxes of expensive collector's makeup to water damage because it flooded the floor. Several hundreds $$$ worth. Laptop case also had water damage. - The steering alignment was so off, it was almost sideways. My father had to drive the entire way because he was strong enough to counteract it, but if I had been on my own (smaller), there is no way I would have made it to my destination. Dangerous as well. - The headlights did not work. Both were dim, one was extremely dim, and they were pointing in different directions. Drove with the high beams the entire night (which also were not very strong). - The trailer had a very small safety chain and one normal one. Was not able to stop to get a replacement so we made frequent stops to check on everything with my car. One location we stopped at did not have extra chains. - A/C barely worked. Fan hardly blew any air and it was mostly warm. Miserable in the summer and especially in the southern states. - Windshield wipers were weak. Dangerous driving had to pull over during storms. Still got soaked from the cabin ceiling leaks. - The actual switch to control the headlights was pushed into the dashboard? Unable to use. - 2 power points: one did not work at all and the other you had to continually readjust the plugs or hold them while charging phones. We were stuck dealing with these issues because of the time limit we were under. Would have been a missed flight back if we had to unload the entire van, repack, and move car around. Two locations did not have chains to help. I am extremely hesitant to use U-haul again due to this trip. If I had been on my own and did not have the help of someone much stronger and knowledgeable in trucks, the trip would have been a failure and I would have been in deep trouble with work etc. Definitely upset I wasted over 1k in fees for this.

Sherry ASorry for this review but the system going online for a code steps to return a truck is no help, guy at the location when I had my driver to pick up the truck had no idea of anything. If I rent a truck I want to be in and out not having to get online and do all this process when my time is limited. For sure I wont be renting in a place that you have to do all this process

Tisha BI originally thought my experience was pleasant. Eight days later, however, I was surprised to receive an email indicating I failed to return my truck rental. I contacted via phone the Uhaul customer service to be advised the drop off location never processed the return of my vehicle, which triggered my rental agreement to be flagged on a report in the corporate office. The facts indicate the drop location staff failed to complete their task. As a consumer using Uhaul services, I should not be penalized for the lack of commitment to job performance demonstrated by Prestige Auto. In the second communication, I received from Uhaul, it was to inform me that I now have a balance as a result of their authorized agent failure to complete the rental return task. The communication expressed no indication of empathy for the failed customer service and commitment to the rental agreement.
Kim SThey have charged my card even tho we already paid. Charging me for 5 days but I returned the truck the same day I rented it.
ETHNA WThat representative wasn't there, they took a picture of my millage and now I have a bill for the gas when I did returned wit the millage I was given to me.

marjory mSome of the tail lights on the pull behind trailer did not work. The attendant checked them and said they did before I left the shop but later at hone they weren't working. ???
Linda SCalled them ahead of time, gave me all wrong information. When I got there they were unprofessional and the whole experience was Busch league. Your neighborhood uhauls are not up to par.
