Transport wasn’t hooked up properly. They told me they didn’t have the training. I had to go to another location to buy the cable for the lights to work, so I left with it not working. And I felt my safety was at risk with some characters that the manager knew (called him his boy) that kept trying to have me buy a bike or things in his backpack

The clerk could not enter both drivers into the contract. only one of us could drive. She said there was a new UHAUL computer program. The clerk was busy handling store customers and telling them not to slam their broken door. This was not my first pickup location. I was instructed I had to go to this location out of the area I knew.I did not feel safe in the area. This location did not have the pads I ordered so I needed to go elsewhere. The truck was dirty and not swept out in the back. I cleaned it out upon return. The truck ran perfectly and was the correct size.

The location opened 30 minutes late. The lady was rude. Uhaul did not offer any discount when I called to complain. Insurance was added even though I didn’t when I booked online. To avoid any other issues I reluctantly accepted it. The woman said it was her business and so what if she was late.

My preferred location was in Cicero but no one informed me that my actual pick up location was on pulaski. The location’s hours do not coincide with my reservation time of 7am. I had to wait until 815am to get my equipment which was damaged anyways. One of the tired straps was ripped

They facility didn't have my reservation, and they didn't have a the 15in truck i reserved therefore i had to rent a smaller truck causing me to make two trip and using more milage. not acceptable especially when i reserved in advance.
