i thought the location of pickup was fine the lady was very nice and very helpful...BUT... I was VERY irritated that my pickup was moved to a different location the day before i was supposed to pick it up...it was an inconvenience. The brake light was on the entire time of rental, a warning sign was light regarding the stability track is if it was unsafe. The inside of the truck had not been cleaned from the previous renter. No staff available upon the return of the rental. Have not received the final payment information/details as I did not use 100 milesMichelle C.
Don't make up mileage when customers come in to rent trucks. The representative did not go out to the truck to check when I first showed up to rent the truck. I estimated 20 total miles but was charged for over 100 miles. Please, tell me how I can drive a total of 100 miles AND move out an apartment AND have the truck returned all in 4 hours?? I rented the truck for 4 hours on Saturday but got charged for 28 hours, and you said I kept the truck until Sunday which is just untrue. I would like to have my $181 for all of the extra, and incorrect charges against me, returned immediatelyTyler F.
My original pickup trailer was for Clinton Ma 8:00am on Saturday but got a call two days before was changed to River St Fitchburg Ma for 10am. I go there River St. they said they don't have any didn't know it was coming in. So I waited a few mins and called customer service which took over 1hour 15 mins to get threw and find another trailer. Ending going to Mechanic St Fitchburg which the lady didn't know how to hook it up. She asked a guy at the store to help to hook it up which he wasn't sure. I end up taking the back roads to the Leominster UHaul place to have them check the hook up.Plus I didn't have anything to hook up tail lights. They said it wasn't on right and they I need to have the wires for the tail lights. They also said I was lucky there was no damage to my vehicle. So Leominster got the trailer hooked up right. It was after 2pm when everything was ok to drive. So I lost the whole day which I had 6 hr and 1/2 to travel to Massena NY. I think we should get some kind of discount or a free rental of a truck. I drop off the trailer in Massena NY the guy was very helpful.Michael S.

Well to start they took too long to get me the truck and very unorganized.I waited about an hour to get the truck and another was the rate they gave me the wrong one instead of a in town rate they gave me the one way rate and i pay 2 times what the prize was so i need a reimbursement for the half.Daniel P.

Arrived at location and the person working didn't know how to check us in so we had to wait for her to call lol her boss then wait another 30 minutes for him to try to check us in on the phone then when Internet didn't work we had to wait for him to come. Then once we got the truck it wouldn't start, dead battery, he jumped it. Once we got into the truck there was trash in the cab. Then after we loaded the truck at first it wouldn't start but after some time it started.William L.
The pickup was me talking on the gas station cashier's cell phone with a supposed U-Haul agent and trying to get cell reception. It took at least 30min when I had a reservation. I couldn't upload my driver's license, etc. I liked the gas price at the station when I returned it but it was not an ideal location.Aimee H.

Inform customers that's this is not an actual uhual facility it is just a pick up location.DANA B.
location isnt very accessible if youre coming from outside of the area, so that is the only drawback, so then when driving the larger UHaul, made a little challenging, but othewise a smaller uhaul rental would not have been a problemTANYA M.
