When I picked up the truck there was a dealer named Sam at the location and he was awsome he really went beyond his job and was so helpful I really appreciate all that he did for me. But this location does not have a drop box so that is something that they might need to look into. Because I didnt want to leave the key in the truck so when I came to drop off the key there was a dealer there names Denise and she was short in her talk and was not friendly at all and what a dissapointment from the other dealer because it almost turned me off from wanting to do business from this location but I was pleased with everything.

- The driver door kept saying it was open, unless I slamed it close, sometimes twice. - it was dirty everywhere - the "best mpg" gauge was broken - tailgate would stick close - no way to turn off the air - location add on insurance without asking, almost charged me. If I didn't ask for her to itemize, would of been charged. - turned it in and told they would take care of it, without giving me final bill. Scared of possible overcharge and not be able to dispute.

This experience was more about customer experience more than anything else. The engine light was on the entire drive, the passenger door does not open. I began to think out of all 4 trucks available on their lot I was intentionally given a bad truck. I called as soon as I arrived at my first spot, but the phone only rang for a prolonged amount of time, no answers for help, so I spoke to the guy about the engine light and door and calling as soon as I arrived back. Even though the receiving of the truck was frustrating with downloading of ids not scanning and working the first gentleman who helped was kind and patient, no issues. On the return there was an older man who kept budding in and became irrate, rude, sexist and extremely inappropriate when all I kindly kept waiting and asking for was a receipt for giving them my money! I received every other text and email from them so immediate right in front of one another. But for a receipt on return...supposedly no text, no email, no printed receipt and he wouldn't even pull it back up on screen so I could take a photo for my own records. The older rude guy, shows why this location had 1 star and was one of the saddest excuses for customer service I've ever seen. As the customer I did everything I was suppose to and more, that guy was treating me so inappropriate for NO reason what so ever so much, that his own co-worker was trying to stop him. I understand defensiveness when someone is being wrong to you, but sexist behavior is unacceptable.

There is no signage for "Prime Time Oil". This location is actually a Shell Gas station. My reservation was made for one location and changed without notice to this location further away. The gas station attendant appeared not to have any details related to my reservation (or chose to act like he did not) and none of the dollies and furniture pads I had requested to rent. Also, when I attempted to call the phone number listed for the location on Uhaul.com to extend my rent-No one answered. I even called the first location and they transferred my call and still no one answered. I made 3 atteMpts to contact them and no one ever answered the phone nor was there voicemail or transfer to customer service. If my reservation is ever transferred to this location again, I will just cancel. It's not worth the possibility of a poor experience.

Me han cobrado varias cosas de las cuales ni solicitamos el servicio, mucho menos los usamos. Llegamos a la hora puntual a recogerlo y a entregar el camión y la persona q atendió puso horario diferente porque estaba muy ocupado y eso se convirtió en un cobro exagerado para nosotros por dis que entregar tarde el camión. Pésimo servicio.

I was given a pickup location. The location was CLOSED with no way to pick up my truck at all. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes I was given an alternative location.

The guy cashier didn’t believe that I was there to drop off the U-Haul. Even when I showed him the app. But at the end he made a call and I was able to leave it there.

The 20' truck I rented was a piece of junk!!

The truck was clean but the ABS, check engine, and cooling system lights went off immediately when we started driving which lead to a stressful experience. We could not get ahold of anyone to get a new truck.

Had to wait for service between the staff ringing up cigarettes. Check-in was suppose to be through the app but had to go inside. Info from filling out the app did not go through to their system so I had to provide it again. Equipment was not swept clean and there was spilled soda in the cab. Not only was this location far from my house making me late but also had to clean the equipment before using. Called corporate who said a district manager would call me, that never happened. Terrible service all around.

Rented a truck to move antique furniture truck head hole in roof of the Box of the equipment that I rented ruined a 50 year old dresser when I talk to customer service about the problem they told me That I did not purchase the insurance was not offered the insurance the day tell me I needed never go to this location ever again poor equipment bad attitudes

I was forced to wait at the location for over an hour while playing phone tag with the corporate office. The location had no record of my reservation.

First I made my reservation to avoid waiting to have a uhaul and do it faster but still they made me wait an hour because the truck was not in place to pick it up. That's what I call having no commitment as a company because they should have more control and know if the truck has not been delivered, have another ready to avoid conflicts with their customers. It may be better to go or make the reservation directly in the places where they have the trucks than to do it in places where you have to wait for them to bring them.

Have the extra equipment on site as advertised online. We needed a regular dolly for $7 but was forced to get appliance dolly for $10.

The location was fine but UHaul needs to make it clearer that 17 foot trucks need to be returned to the location they were picked up from. There should be NO OPTION to even look at other locations when booking a 17ft truck- I had to drive an hour back after moving all day which was NOT clear upon booking. I was told there was no option except to charge me $100 plus if I left it at my new home location. Very disappointing and will never use UHaul again for this reason.

I know this establishment is not an kfficial uhaul rental building but the personal is not knowledgeable in the process of renting to customers and therefore it takes much longer to get everything complete.

The lady that assist me when I pick up U-Haul is so nice and very helpful, she suggested me to take picture of the dashboard which indicate the mileage ,amount of gas ,etc.. before I leave the place and she's right because I notice it that the paper work that she give to me the gas amount is 3/4 but in actual is 1/2. Then when I return the U-Haul I show them the picture so the only charge me $6 for 12 miles run. Thanks

I did NOT request this pickup location. My location I went to was 25 miles away, where there was NO VEHICLE for me. I had to hitch a ride with a TOW TRUCK DRIVER TO GET TO THE LOCATION FOR THE DAMN TRUCK. VERY UNHAPPY. I must add that Keith's Care Care was amazing helping me track down my missing truck. They saved U-haul's ass on this one.
