No one talked to us Just used the drop off key box

Had a black dust all in it, hadn't been blown out, just lightly swept, it was filthy. Employees not knowledgeable about U-Haul procedures.

Joe J.Not feedback for this location but this is twice (different locations) where I tried to use the website to return a UHaul and the site did not recognize the location. Even though I had changed settings to Allow and refreshed my browser. Returning equipment with the app should work better.

MELANIE L.From my original on-line reservation, it took me to three different locations from the one I wanted in Bixby. I ended up going in person and making the same day reservation. In the future, I will only work with people at the Bixby location.
steve A.The truck was filthy inside and smelled horrible. There were chips under the drivers seat and just all kinds of gross garbage in the cup holders and dash cubbies. I didn't even want to put my phone on the console. It smelled like a used cat liter box. I tried to drive with my windows down to “air out†the smell but ended up stopping at a gas station and purchasing a pack of air fresheners. I hung all three and it still didn't mask the smell. Gross and filthy.

John C.Truck storage area was not clean. They should have loaded the rented dolly and blankets into the truck. It was a very cold day, so the guy just put the rented dolly and blankets outside in the parking lot for me to load.

David B.I'm frustrated that the drop off option on line wouldn't work. I to called Uhaul's 800 # twice. I was on hold for 38 minutes and later for 15 minutes and gave up waiting. I also tried to call the local facility to leave a message but no answering service or voice mail option. I had to leave so I dropped the unit off and wasn't able to contact Uhaul until the next day to confirm my drop off.
Ann G.This place was great. They helped me and gave me everything I needed and went above and beyond to help. The reason for 1 star is Uhaul corporate. They booked more than the trucks they had. I was almost screwed with my weekend because of them. This place (Bixby OK U-haul) is the only good thing about Uhaul at the moment.
