Clean the damn vehicle before opening it for rentals, and maybe not charge a goddamn $25 cleaning fee for a mess that was left in the truck by some slobs before we even rented it. We kept the U-Haul as clean as we found it and somehow found ourselves billed a fee for "leaving it dirty". I should've just ignored the feedback question asking if the vehicle was clean for the next rental (as it certainly wasn't) if I knew I was gonna get dicked for it. This company's already a scam advertising low rates and then charging you up the ass with extra "mileage" and "gas" fees.Kelsey S.

this is not about this location it is about location at 901 w new orleans street broken arrow. The assistant mgr is the most not sure what the problem is stupid, passive aggressive, just plain rude, not helpful, or just doesnt want to ever rent the free unit which is offered to me at the time of rental on uhaul equipment. I rent a ughaul trailer every week or very close to it, I am offered a free month of uhaul storage rental and i have used such perk in the past at several times and locations. I didnt report her the last couple of times because i thought she was just kind of stupid at her job. When you go in to rent a unit she acts like shes totally dumbfounded as to what your request is. So the numerous questions begin. I told her i had the contract number i want to redeem my free month of rental again total deer in the headlights look like she has never done this before. When i moved out one time i told her and left the unit door open. She turned me in as still being there? took several emails to straighten out i wasnt in the unit and all the location needed to do is to see the units door is open unit is cleaned and im not there. Today when i got the same dumb treatment I asked for her card because i couldnt believe she had been there a while and still didnt know how or unwilling to rent the free month reserved unit. Her card says shes a member of the team since 2016. More than ample time to know how to perform simple tasks in my opinion. Her name is Candie Roberts. Please advise what it will take to get the unit rented i want using my free month with the above contract number.Aarick W.

Most of the running lights on the trailer didn't work. We really didn't drive in the dark, but if we had, would have made for a more dangerous pull.Pattie B.
Cab was dirty with mud & debris, driver seatbelt didn't function properly, m&ms melted in the interior door handle. Back box area had to be hosed out before we could use it. Had a black dust all in it, hadn't been blown out, just lightly swept, it was filthy. Employees not knowledgeable about U-Haul procedures.Theodore K.

Not feedback for this location but this is twice (different locations) where I tried to use the website to return a UHaul and the site did not recognize the location. Even though I had changed settings to Allow and refreshed my browser. Returning equipment with the app should work better.William C.
Checkin was a little slow, especially since I had done the "pre-checkin"..... however, considering that there was only one person handing checkin and she was way busy with phones and stuff... you need to give that lady a raiseDavid H.

From my original on-line reservation, it took me to three different locations from the one I wanted in Bixby. I ended up going in person and making the same day reservation. In the future, I will only work with people at the Bixby location.steve A.
The truck was filthy inside and smelled horrible. There were chips under the drivers seat and just all kinds of gross garbage in the cup holders and dash cubbies. I didn't even want to put my phone on the console. It smelled like a used cat liter box. I tried to drive with my windows down to â€œair outâ€ the smell but ended up stopping at a gas station and purchasing a pack of air fresheners. I hung all three and it still didn't mask the smell. Truck storage area was not clean. They should have loaded the rented dolly and blankets into the truck. It was a very cold day, so the guy just put the rented dolly and blankets outside in the parking lot for me to load.David B.

No clear signage to direct app users to pick up keys. I had to wait several minutes while the receptionist at the front desk (who the signs directed me to) finished up a personal phone call. Only then to tell me I had to pick up keys from the service department.Kevin G.
