michael tThe truck had undisclosed damage and water was leaking into the truck which soaked all of my belonging during travel. I took pictures and reported the issue but never heard back and I was charged a cleaning fee. I won't be renting from U-Haul again.
Carlos RThe auto transport was not rented to me as a one way, but the drop off location worked it out with the pick up location and all was well. They were very patient and kind as I waited around after a long drive to get this sorted out.

Bridget SWe were scheduled for remote pickup. The U-Haul app was awful. Customer service was not very helpful. After waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes (while my moving helpers were waiting), the rep went through the steps (putting me on hold several times to ask others what to do) only to be told at last that the app wouldn't work with my phone. I had to get another person to download the app and go through the steps to even be able to get the truck. By this time, we were 1 hour and 45 minutes past our rental time. Then, as we tried to follow the steps, the app kept freezing. We couldn't take the pictures needed. The dolly I paid for was not in the truck, but I was still charged for it. The app froze when we tried to take the picture of the empty truck. When we tried to check out, we weren't able to finish the process because the app kept freezing. We decided to start over and went and put some gas in the truck because in the process of checking out it said we hadn't filled the truck enough, and it was charging us almost $10 extra for gas. When I got the final bill, I was still charged for the non-existent dolly and for not filling the truck all the way. My $19,99 rental was almost $70. I complained on the website, but no one has contacted me, and I have still been overcharged. Worst rental experience I have ever had. Do not use U-Haul unless you can check out with a real person!
CINDY WThe truck was clean but the steering wheel is off aigned and the truk kept swervin. Very difficult to drive and was dangerous driving on the highway. They truck was not easy to keep in control while driving, it was a safety hazard.

Johana RThe pickup required use of the Uhaul phone application which did not work properly on my Android phone (the location is closed on the weekends). The "location" step continued to fail, one of the first steps to pickup. After several attempts and phone resets, we tried my wife's iOS phone and was able to get the code for the lock. The truck itself was clean and prepared for my rental. The issue was just the application. When we dropped off, the Android app worked to take the photos and return the truck as the location is closed.

Thom CDid not have all of the blankets were requested. Truck was showing 'low pressure' on one of the tires (even though they checked the tire pressure before we drove off).

Alexander BThe get your rental with your mobile was hell! The website states three easy steps which was not true at all. Also I was charged an extra fee of $26,75 for cleaning. When I call the company I was told that the front cabin had some kind of powder on the floor which was there when I first got the rental. Actually it was not lose powder it was more of stuck on plaster stained on the floor so I was charged for something I did not do.

Lauren LI picked up the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas, and was told to leave it with 1/4 tank of gas which I did. I was then charged around $10 for being low on gas and I have no idea why.

Ronald KEmployee was late opening store. Told employee we would be dropping the truck in New Smyrna Beach, FL and asked him where to drop it, he replied to "just call the UHaul 800 number and they would give a location". Dropped truck off, no receipt given, stated I would receive receipt by email. Checked email and found I was charged $216 for dropping truck at wrong location !!! The late employee would had no clue as to what to do also marked the rental as a local rental and did not enter the correct info that the truck would be returned in New Smyrna.

Michael LThe only problem was it is advertised that a dolly is at this location however there is no dolly and uhaul refuses to give a refund.
Sybil BPersonal was not trained to process the documents, wait to long and also did not followed procedures to stall the equipment. I did all by myself.
Harry AWhen I made the reservation on-line both the pick up and drop off locations changed making it farther for me with both pick up and drop off. This was inconvenient. The service excellent where I picked up the truck however the location was 20 minutes away from the original pick up spot I elected. Very inconvenient.
