There were papers left in the cab from previous renters (left in the windshield) and what looked like animal feces in the bed. And the after hours process took a while â€¦ in the cold. But other than that, the guy that checked me in was super nice and friendly!!Kimberly F.

When I arrived I was told they had no truck under my name. I showed the sales lady my email confirmation. She again looked in the computer and said she didn't see anything. I said, oh please don't tell me that I have movers scheduled soon. She went into the back to get a manager who was in a meeting.. He made a phone call and straightened everything out. We reserved a truck. A representative caked two days later stating the customer was not brining it back. I said I rented a truck before and asked if I could keep it another day and they said it was already rented. They told me the guy has refused to bring it back and he will be added to the do not rent again. A few days later I called another representative and they got me a truck at another location but failed to tell me that I had to do everything on the website because the place didn't open until 10 even though they told me the truck will be available at nine. I put a damper on my whole entire move especially since I had everybody available to start working at nine and I had to pay them.ERIC S.

Your truck was dirty and had dangerously bald tires. Also, the online pick up is pretty time consuming. Some of that could have been done ahead of time. None of this is the fault of print and post. They were not even involved.Delfin E.

The staff should be prepared to assist with problems checking in. The self check-in process is cumbersome and annoying. Especially because we have rented uhauls so many times before. It definitely did not save time, as promised.Catherine B.

This is the second (and last) time renting from this location. The first time I used the van for 11 miles and I had to put 3 gallons of gas in, so it clearly wasn't full again I got it. I mentioned this when I returned it but got nothing more than a shrug of the shoulders. Nonetheless, I went back a second time. This time before leaving the parking lot I checked the fuel gage and told the guy in the store that it wasn't reading full. He told me he would give me a credit. This time I had to put in a little over 8 gallons for 68 (mostly freeway) miles. The original guy wasn't in the store but I mentioned it to the new person and she typed away at the screen. When the receipt was emailed to me, there was no gas credit. So next time I'll try Budget.David W.

The overall experience was outstanding and the van was a breeze to drive... very few miles on this vehicle and still had the new car smell. I was told that the dolly and moving pads were in the truck but were absent and ended up getting charged for equipment i didnt use.devan R.
The location was closed for several days even though normal business hours were posted. I had no idea if my drop off was recorded in the system. Your website couldn't find my account or transaction. I received several calls days after the drop asking if I had returned the tow dolly. The uncertainty of being charged for late or missing equipment was cause for great anxiety. I will never again rent another product from u-haul and drop it off at another location.Clark J.
