This location was fine, but I scheduled the Uhaul for a different location, was never notified of the change, and then had to drive an additional 15 min in the opposite direction of my destination to get this location. I was late for work and was very unhappy with my experience overall.HENRY S.

Reservation was for 1pm. Didn't get the trailer until 2:30pm. Reservation was for a 5x8 trailer and received a 6x12 trailer, which, of course, provided worse gas mileage. Was charged for insurance separately and didn't want it; this was only noticed due to a credit card notification that indicated my card was charged 3 270 $after we left the premises. Also, when assigning/updating the rental for the larger trailer, the return location of the reservation was changed (without my knowing/authorization) from Mpls to Chicago. Therefore, when returning the trailer in Mpls, they were NOT expecting the trailer and really didn't want it since they had quite a few in their lot already. However, they did take it since it wasn't our error. Would never recommend this UHaul location to anyone! Was never offered the 50 $reservation guarantee refund by business on the renting end.Jay P.

Johnny was awesome, he really went out of his way to take care of me. Big tip of the hat to him! The u haul website had many features that did not work and was very frustrating to use. Waited almost an hour to get the rental truck. Very disorganized and lack of communication. They could not tell me what was going on for the first 15 mins. Eventually they told me that they did not have the right truck (one that could go one-way) so I ended up waiting for another 45 minutes while they got approval for me to take another one. I was quoted by the Uhaul Rep 1 350 $with all taxes and the comprehensive insurance. I wasn't able to secure the reservation till the day before and when that came i was informed that the the lowest Uhaul could go was 1 407 $which meant i could've gone with the cheaper option which was Penske. Will be letting people know not to choose Uhaultim G.

The van had no gas in the tank, they said I drove more than 1 000 miles and charged me 500 $. When I came to pick up the van, they made me make a new reservation and pay again even though I had previously paid online. They didn't give me my original van for some unknown reason and tried to tell me insurance was mandatory. Do not pick up from this location under any circumstances.Alex S.

They said they open at 9am. And they don't open at 9am. I had a reserva pick up at 9am and I was there at 8:55 and waited till 9:30 , they always late . If getting a reservation from here never set it up to pick up at 9am. Because wills make u wait till 9:30-10amDairon T.
I was forwarded to this location from the original location I signed up for, so that in and of itself was inconvenient, but not a huge deal. The staff at Priority Tires was extremely helpful, but the vehicle I was rented was blocked in when I was first sent to it and the gas tank was on empty also. There's some room for improvement for overall preparedness, but again, not a big deal.Drew R.
Arrived at 9AM to pick up a reserved truck. No one was at location. Called business number - went to voicemail. At 9:15 I noticed a handwritten note tacked to the inside desk - called that number. They made me check in on my phone while standing outside in what was thankfully only a light drizzle. When finally finished I was given a combination for a lock box - this was now 9:30. A worker showed up at that point and told me how he'd had to take an Uber to work. Place was supposed to be open at 9AM. Am I supposed to care that he had to take an Uber?Dan S.

If I could give this 0 stars I could. Original location was a dirt lot and I had to call to be directed to a different location 4 miles away. Once I arrived they said they didn't have a truck for me despite making a reservation 3 weeks in advance. After speaking to some random person on the phone the truck magically appeared and was handed to me. After leaving with the truck this location managed to change my reservation and quote without my consent. They extended my rental by two days and changed the drop-off location to 200 miles away from my original drop off. On top of that they managed to change my invoice from 300 $to 750 $! I've been hung up on and discredited while trying to dispute this outrageous charge. They absolutely botched the pick up, drop off and payment process of renting a truck. How they are still a dealer I don't know.Xavier L.

This location did not have all of my reserved items available. I had to go to a second uhaul location to pick up my items and somehow uhaul thought this was acceptable. This made me late to meet movers both in the morning and the evening.Graham L.
The dolly and pads were not provided to me although I called prior and they told me they can have them ready in the UHaul truck. Also Johnny (the person working at this location) didn't have anything ready for me. I called him a day before because he didn't follow up with me like he was supposed to - it said in my email that he had to call me a day before at 6pm. I asked him a question in the call and he hung up on me mid conversation. The next morning he wasn't there and I had to call him again. They were 30 minutes late. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Johnny is the laziest worker that doesn't care about his job obviously.Rosa F.

Location listed is wrong. Was directed to an unstaffed dump a few miles down the road which was nearly impossible to drop off an auto transport trailer alone. I hurt my back trying. Never involve this dealer in your rental. I'd give zero stars if i could.Scott R.

Please. Heck you equipment very carefully before renting,. The two wheel trailer I was given had no lights and the ramp deal on the drivers side of the trailer didn't lock which caused the control bar on my car to break and as a result your off my bumper on one sidePastor J.

Only one employee out of several at this location was wearing a mask. They told me incorrect information about my rental which they fixed after I questioned it. However, the customer service rep I spoke with prior to my reservation was excellent.Stephanie R.
I have rented many times from u-haul in the past and after the mess your 800 number and internet caused me and the 2 locations you moved me to poor service as well as you online customer service I would never recommend any U-haul location except this one because of the fantastic service and respect shown by the owner and his staff when I called them directly. They first said they would meet me and give me the truck. Then they said they would drop the truck off and leave the key under the passenger seat. When I got there, there was no key. It took me time to call them and then I had to wait until they drove back to give me the key. Two people arrived. They did not even get out of their vehicle. I asked them to wait to make sure it was the correct key. They just left. First when I called he was going to not tell me the truth about the key. When I asked him directly if he forgot to leave me the key, he admitted it. Very poor customer service.DAVID R.

I emailed this location when I was billed an additional 45 $for a fuel fee. They claimed the tank was at 1/4 level but when getting into the car it was just below the quarter tank which is a exactly how I returned it. I still have not gotten a response meaning they realize they're in the wrong but like billing customers any additional money for their profit.Marco A.

I had to go to 4 different locations to get my truck. No one called to inform me my selected pick up location would not have my truck. Further more someone had my truck and didn't return it on time. Orlando was amazing as was the woman at the 105 Pulaski location. They had excellent customer service and I am appreciative they were able to help rectify uhauls error.Kelsey T.
Our location was switched on us 3 times without notification. Our time with the truck was shortened without our notification. There was little to no communication on anything changing which caused tremendous stress on our moving day. Truck was old and super banged up. Dolley that we prepaid for was forgotten and we had to remind the workers again that we had paid for one and needed one. Customer service was rude to us, and we sat on hold just to be hung up on twice. Will not use uhaul again and will not recommend it to others.Charles F.
Receptionist was very friendly and understanding, but one of the older male employees tried to blame me for a dent on the vehicle which was corroded (it had to have happened months ago). First, this employee asked if I had purchased the 25$ insurance and after I told him I did not, he proceeded to blame me for the dent. I asked the friendly receptionist if the dent was there before I rented it and she affirmed that the dent has been there already. Also, the inside of the van had shattered glass and a brick, which was also blamed on us.Rimante A.
