There was no furniture dolly in the vehicle, which I had reserved. The windshield was also iced over and there was no snow scraper to remove it. Contact at this location was helpful.

This location was simple enough as the men were helpful. My only suggestion would be that they have some sort of filing system for who is renting each vehicle rather than having to call each other.

The UHaul I picked up had a completely empty gas tank which I didn't notice until I had already pulled away and did not have time to turn around and bring it up. Then the UHaul itself broke down on me during my trip. I don't blame the location for these issues but it was a stressful experience overall.

NICOLAS RAMIREZIt was a little hard to figure out where to go - I didn't actually see a sign that said "Priority Tires & Service." But once I got inside, the man behind the counter was very helpful, friendly, and kind.
David CorlewAVOID AT ALL COSTS! Rental location rented me a van in terrible condition, they tossed me the keys and said "it's one of those vans on the street out there". Got to the van, and two of the tires were low on air, and the van smelled horrible. Had to fill up the tires myself, and roll down the windows on the way to air it out. About a week after I returned it, I get an email that I'm being charged for $1 600 more, because they said I put over 3 500 miles on the rental (I drove it less than 80 miles in total). Biggest headache and Uhaul is very slow to remove the charge. Abolutely do NOT use this location, and think twice before using Uhaul in general.

Joseph GuglielmoI had to go to three different 'U-Haul Drop Offs' but none of them were being serviced. This was the very last one I tried. What should've been a 30 minute drop off, became 90 minutes because of the how complicated it was.
Jacques CieslaI did the check in process and pick up process on the mobile app and was given a truck number, but the location gave me a different truck number and now charged me on another different truck number with all incorrect information like fuel, miles, and drop off time. I was overcharged and now not sure if I can get my money back. The location didn't give me any paperwork or confirmation email when they gave me a different truck which was not on file. No paperwork or confirmation at drop off either. Horrible experience. I returned the truck with full fuel, same day drop off and only drove around the city of Chicago, and they charged me wrong truck number, 97 miles, 25 gallon of fuel and the receipt's dropoff time is the next day morning which are all wrong. Please if someone sees this review, do something and improve.

Once he sent the contract, he quickly rushed us out the door to get the keys and the van. Did not even give us a moment to review it. I noticed when I got my receipt that we had been charged for insurance without ever confirming we wanted it. They also did not properly report the fuel at the start of my reservation. According to their receipt, we drove 29 miles and used 5 gallons of gas. I would never recommend someone go here for a uhaul unless they triple check all documentation, vehicles conditions and charges before accepting the vehicle.

Robert ReedyI reserved and selected your Truck Share 24/7 mobile pick up option, though this location doesn't participate in that program. The cargo van I reserved was not available and my only alternative was a 10' truck. (Horrible to drive on a freeway!) I contacted customer service for my $50 refund due to guaranteed equipment, but your system was "down" on Saturday. So after two inconveniences, I experienced a third, and am still unsure if the $50 equipment guarantee has been issued.

First, during my online registration, I again researched the closest drop off location and secured the location for return. When we go to return , the address does not go to a current uhaul drop off location. It's a gas station that does not handle uhaul. So I quickly google a location and again … nothing! I'm in Chicago at night trying to return ; I call customer service and the girl plainly says she isn't able to help find a location and theat is had to call back the next day. No! That is unacceptable and ridiculous! After expressing my concerns on how unacceptable that was, she claimed to be sending me to someone that could help. Instead she just threw me back in the phone queue. We finally found a place an hour later and called the number on the drop box to walk us through returning. This was a terrible terrible experience

CHRIS MASONI was charged $30 for fuel. I received the truck with half full tank. I didn't use much gas. Had I replaced the gas with my own cash, I could've gotten that price down lower like maybe at least $10-$15 bucks. Next time, Il know.

Edward GuerraThey did not follow protocol for equipment pickup (I didn't get a text message until much later for inspecting the equipment, fuel level, mileage, etc). When I returned the equipment I was told to just drop the keys off and I would get a receipt emailed to me. I didn't get a receipt until Monday (3 days later). I was charged twice by U-haul for my rental, and neither of the charges matched my receipt. When I have rented at other locations, they were much more professional and there were no erroneous charges.
