One of the headlights is out! Doesn't make sense that I had to take pictures of the return in the middle of the night. The pictures were awful!

Perhaps describe or send a picture of the pickup location, since it wasn’t the location used to sign up and was residential..

It was terrible. No one picked up the phone or replied to our texts, and the check-in process wasted an hour. The truck came in late, and we were almost leaving when we somehow saw it while walking towards the TTC station. While returning the truck, no one helped us, and we had to go through a terrible app experience, leading to so much confusion. Two days later, I received a text that I hadn't returned the truck, which is untrue. I had to again go through your terrible app to contact a support rep & explain everything. This was the first and last time I used U-Haul. Even sketchy moving posts on Kijiji are better than your terrible service.

Very difficult location to access, truck was parked in the backyard of a private home with narrow driveway, on a narrow street. Office is at a separate location in a busy area and narrow street. Had to go to 2 busy areas to get truck and dolly. The dolly was terrible with a wheel that didn't move well making it very difficult to move furniture. Dealer was nice and very helpful but location is very poor.

Was told that the office was open. On the way to the location, told that had to use Uhaul app to check in. Had issues with checking in resulting in a 20 min delay while waiting for the Uhaul app support. When returning vehicle, had issues with app again in trying to return the vehicle - the app wouldn't accept photos as required. Told 6-7 attempts per view for it to accept 1 photo per view. Was called to find out about return time but seemed unaware that I had completed a time extension on the rental. Location difficult to get out of - not a lot of space to turn the vehicle around to drive it out, had to reverse it out - narrow path.

I wasted 1,5 hours because the office located in different area and I haven't an opportunity to pick up the car online. Worst customer experience ever. However the car was fine

No complaints. No trickery. Good customer service. Even on a Sunday afternoon. All was managed through my mobile phone with no problems text messaging. The truck was at the exact location as instructed. I was very happy with the service being on-time. Truck was clean and in good driving condition. My phone call was answered and I got the help I needed. I was even guided politely on how to unlock the key box.

The guy working could not have been more rude. They have a 6" x 4" U-HAUL sign on the back of a door that was propped open so it wasn't even visible. When you're renting a U-HAUL you're looking for a truck, so he gave us shit for being late, when we couldn't find the place. Then he didn't have the equipment I selected - dolly or moving pads. You then need to drive to a secondary location to get their vehicle, took about 20 minutes for this man to text me the code, so not a smooth process whatsoever. I've never seen someone so confrontational at 9am, this man has no business working in a client facing role.

The location on the uhaul website was completely inaccurate - wrong street and about a half kilometre away. Should be updated to be the parking lot of the church on broadway street. The lockbox was very challenging to open and required going back and forth between the physical location of pro computing and this far, random parking lot. Originally given the wrong code to unlock the lock box via a call to uhaul customer service. Then given the correct code after walking to the location and back to the lot. Took over an hour just to find the lot and get access to the key to the truck. The hinge of the side mirror was already damaged when we picked up the truck and if it was pushed outward to be able to use the side mirror to see anything behind/on the right side of the truck, we were concerned it would fall off the truck. They only had one truck at this location and we urgently needed to pick up a couch to meet our service elevator booking so we didn't have a chance to switch to another location.

1. Vehicle was terribly dirty. I couldn't see the road properly as the windscreen wasn't clean and when I selected that the vehicle should be cleaned towards the end of the trip then I was going to be charged 25$. This is unacceptable as the vehicle was dirty even before I started the reservation 2. Driver seat adjustment was broken, doors for both side had to be closed very harshly. (Like the 90s era)

I didn't get the moving blankets and dolly that I requested and the check in process was painful. It took at least 20 minutes before I could get the code for the lock box.

Pickup and drop off location is confusing. Says it's on Yonge but it's off another street in another parking lot. 30 second walk away, totally reasonable, but it would be easier if the pickup and drop off location were the actual address you reserve with and that the txt message confirmation says.

What I find annoying is that the website is Safari based more so than Google. When you're taking a picture of yourself or drivers license it only works in Safari. Which was frustrating when you spent time entering your data. Also found that after purchasing the reservation it goes to "site unavailable" which make you wonder if it went through. Only found out when I had to for through the uhaul app. With the frustration I wished I could do it in person instead.

The location was fine. My issue was with the pickup. It took me about 40 min. I was having issues first as there seem to be two accounts I have one linked to email and another to my phone no. So my rental didn't show under the first account. Then issues getting the app to work. Just quite frustrating.

Gv the correct lock box code to the customer. U wasted my 2 hours opening the box and sent me to another location for the truck.

The fuel was filled till mid tank level during pick up and while returning I was supposed to fill it till that level which no one can say for certain was the correct level. This is extremely poor device since I filled up more fuel than I could have used possibly and I paid for extra fuel.

The trip was supposed to come with 3 galons of oil, but I was asked to fill it again. The booked trolley and other stuff were not available and what can a customer do at the last minute except accepting? Overall, what you promise is different than what you provide.

To be honest, there is nothing else you can do to make it better at this location. I am satisfied with the service, keep up the good works. I will recommend it ti others.

The truck was fine, but there were a lot of issues with this location. First, the pick-up/drop-off location was at a residential address, not the Yonge Street address, which was very odd. I was also informed at 11pm the night before an 8am reservation that the truck was locked and we might not be able to access it in the morning. In the morning I had no updates so I called dispatch and booked at a different (farther) location. Then I get a message that they got the truck unlocked, so I had to call dispatch back to change back to my original location. Thankfully, U-Haul was kind enough to offer a discount on the mileage for my troubles. I had to have a friend pick up the truck and she went to the Yonge Street address at first, but she couldn't find the truck. The owner was very rude to her on the phone when he explained the different pick-up location. He had texted me the new address, but in the chaos of changing and changing back the booking, I didn't get the chance to communicate that to my friend. He could have been more understanding given the situation. Apparently he told my friend that he is rude to everyone because he just assumes everyone is an idiot. Real great customer service. I had booked a regular dolly, a furniture dolly, and furniture pads and was informed the morning of my booking that there would only be one standard dolly, none of the other equipment. I want to point out that the U-Haul self-service return instructions clearly state that you should lock your truck when you return it. However, the owner at this location was upset because the previous person who booked the vehicle had...locked the truck. He did not send any notice specifically to NOT lock the truck, we only knew to do so because of all the issues. I chose this location for just that - the location. It was conveniently located near where I was moving from, and on the way between where I was moving from and where I was moving to, so it seemed like the best location for my move. But the owner is very unprofessional and it seems to be just a side hustle, so don't expect the kind of service you'd get somewhere with more equipment and staff. Everything worked out in the end, but it definitely could have been a smoother experience.

I was upset that the furniture pads I ordered were not in the truck. Second booking with Uhaul where what I ordered was not there. I wish the dealer had been friendlier.

The contact at this location (I believe his name is Oljeg) was very rude to both myself over the phone as well as my mother who picked up the truck. When booking the truck I selected to do the checkin in-person because my mother was going to be the one picking it up and he was very annoyed that we could not checkin online. His attitude and passive aggressiveness made the experience very stressful on an already stressful moving day.
