I asked for 20 inch they had 15inch I was not all happy overall

Representative did not know the check out process. We arrived at the location at 9am and did not leave till past 10:30am

Walter GTook an hour and a half for the owner to show up after calling and waiting, my check in was at 9 I waited and didn't have my truck until 10:30. The business sign said open and every number we called went to an unavailable message. I don't know if uhaul communicated the pick up properly or what but we checked in online 24 hours before. Then I was sold a lock that didn't even fit on the Uhaul and was so flimsy the key broke in it.
Chad WNot have people pick up at locations that aren't Uhaul.
Meredith OI did an after hour drop off and the keys drop off box was unlocked. There was a lady at the location and she wasn't aware of the option of after-hours delivery. There were only two parking spaces and only one was available.
