The staff was helpful, considerate and knowledgeable. Each one we dealt with was friendly and cooperative. The truck was clean and well-maintained. It was ready when we went to pick it up, no waiting. Thanks for an easier moving experience, however, moving is never easy, this part of it went like clockwork. Thanks to Provent folks!

When I reserved the truck I was told it would be located at Doe's Appliances in El Dorado, AR which is within walking distance of my home. I even confirmed prior to pick up date that it would be at Doe's; however, when I went to pick it up it wasn't there. I called the person who had confirmed the reservation and was told the truck was at a different location across town. Fortunately I had a person available to drive me to get the truck so it worked out. So a little more clarification would be helpful. Overall everyone at Doe's and Provent were friendly and helpful.

We have no complaints but it would be nice if there was the opportunity to have a dolly on truck for moving large boxes or furniture. We understand that people rent these trucks/trailers and take off with equipment and not returning it when returning truck. We had to search for one possibly two because of several large dressers to move. Other than that, we're pleased with everything else.

Uhaul changed my pickup location twice. The last one had posted closing time of 5 PM. My scheduled pickup time was 4 PM. They called me around 3 to let me know I should hurry to get there because they were closing at 4. I made it and they were trying to clean the windshield. The truck was filthy. They said it was the only one they had for a one-way rental and it had been being used by FedEx or UPS. Further, they did not have the 4-wheel dolly I had requested I'm my reservation over a week before. It was a critical part od my reservation for moving furniture. Then, they could not get the dolly off the reservation, even after calling "the 800 number". So, they gave me 10 dollars cash. However, when I got to mt turn-in point, they wanted to know where the dolly was after checking the truck. I explained and he was suspicious initially, but, while I waited, finagled with the paperwork on the computer. Won't be using Uhaul again.
