I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas it had when I got it, and was charged to fill it up after. I had requested and paid for a utility dolly that I was ASSURED we be in the vehicle, as I have experienced this issue before, it was not in the vehicle and I did not get the charge removed from account.

Lenessa MThe truck worked great and was clean. I wasn't pleased with the fact that the facilities changed my reservation to their 24/7 truck pickup. I had made the reservation a few weeks back and made sure that it was with a company that would be open. The day before the reservation date, I logged in and saw that the facility had changed it to picking the truck up with the app. Apparently, they no longer were going to be open that day. I had problems with the app and had to call Uhaul for help. We finally worked it out, but we wasted time going through the process.

Virendra MI drove to the location the evening before my trailer was due. Admittedly, I arrived 5 minutes before closing. To be cautious, I did not leave the trailer but returned the next morning at opening time. I asked if I needed to sign any paperwork and was told, "No." I was surprised two days later to receive an email indicating that I had charged for an extra day. I quick phone call resolved the issue. Everyone I dealt with at the location was kind and attentive, but their organization is poor.

Eudor II was first called and told my location had been changed to somewhere farther, then was texted it was back to the original location. When we got there, pictures and directions showed a lock box next to the door, but that box wasn't there anymore. After looking and looking, we found a lock on the back of the truck and the keys thrown inside the back on the floor. The truck stunk of cigarette smoke and the drives side door was bashed in making the door difficult to open and impossible to remain open. The gas tank was 3/4 full when we picked it up. Very bad experience.
Mindy Wthe dropbox was in the woods and very difficult to find/see. sure, it's orange, but that doesn't help at night.

Thankfully, the system started working, but I was given no notification that I could not pick up my truck. If that had happened it would have been a huge issue for me given I had hired movers and had others waiting on me for the move.

Matt MHad to pay for an extra day since location was not open Sunday for return. Also, they did not tell me I could do a self check in when trailer was returned Saturday night. Had to manually lift trailer to connect to hitch. No explication of how to unscrew the hitch to remove trailer from the ball. Spent 15 minutes in the dark to figure this out. When I came into location on Monday they said I would get a refund for Sunday since trailer was returned Saturday night but have not received refund notification. Called location today, 3/5 and they could not help me because another employee did the original transaction and I have to call Uhaul customer service. Called Uhaul Customer service and they said the refund was not done but they took care of the refund for me. Thanks Uhaul customer service.

Ajinkya MMake the truck that customer reserved is available when it's time for pickup. Employee had not checked in the truck that was needed prior to arrival. Check and charge the actual mileage before hand so you how many miles were used instead of guessing.

Eugene BMy reservation teturn was initially for a "closed" location on Buford Highway in Duluth. That place did not exist. Return place finally found after third try. I should have looked at the U haul text which was the accurate drop off location. But overall great experience - thank you!!!
