Gave me a Uhaul that kept turning off, something was lose on the battery so I had someone tighten it and it no longer turned off. they charged my card an extra $14 today for no reason and told me they would process the refund and now they're no longer processing it because they said there was nothing wrong with it

We received a truck that was in no good shape or use, the inside had old blankets left over in there, the floor was filthy and covered with dirt. The truck was so loud, it sounded like it had pipes. Would not accelerate to 60mph on freeway.

Unable to contact anyone for help as the app would not take an image of the odometer from my phone and kept looping me (I own a samsung galaxy 10). I finally had to try a different phone to upload photos in order to check out. If I had not had a second person with me returning the vehicle would have been impossible. I was also unable to get a hold of customer service and spent 1 30min+ trying to return the vehicle.

Had to back the truck up to the trailerwithout a guide, then had to lift and connect the trailer to my hitch (by myself). Or they wanted another $20 to hook-up the trailer. Will not go there again

Service was excellent everything went smooth you can put a USB radio in their phones for GPS so we don't have to keep picking the phone up when we're looking for in a location if that's possible thanks

The store was closed before the time that was publicly available. Ended up with a truck that someone used to move drywall or something and didn't clean after. And I get charged for someone else's mess and have to deal with that.
