Elizabeth SI should get a refund. Half the trailer lights were out- they let me leave the location with a bald tire with the threads showing that was about to pop on a 1400 mile drive home, that I didn't discover until hours later and had to call Uhaul to get someone to replace the tire that took four hours out of my departure day and set me back a day. I've used uhaul many times over the years without issue, but this was a bad experience and is deserving of compensation.
James CI just dropped off the Uhaul on Sunday, so the location was closed.
Joshua TI had never noticed that this location was there and they rent out a lot of different equipment. I'll remember it and tell others about it.

DONALD LTRUCK WAS HAD CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AND REALLY COULD USE SOME REPAIRS, TRIED TO EXPLAIN LIGHT AS A GAS CAP?? I"M A USED CAR DEALER AND ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS REPLACE THE CAP WITH A NEW ONE AND LIGHT WILL RESET ITSELF

Brenda MI called U-Haul customer service in the AM and they said to take it to storage america location because of 24 hour drop off but I drove all the way there and it wasn't 24 hours. So then, I had to drive to this second location and then the app didn't work so it took like half an hour of sitting there and talking to 5 different U-Haul reps to finally be able to return my uhaul. Crazy.

Charlie HReserved a pickup truck for 3 hours and when i got there at 7:30 am the guy said it was double booked and it was already spoken for. That being said the truck was in the parking lot still and it was still there when i came back to return the other vehicle i rented instead. Thats not the customer service i have had in the past with other U-Haul places the guy didn't even get up to inspect the vehicle and i wasn't going to wait for his lazy attitude, took my before and after pictures to cover my end and left. If you promise something or book something in advance you should honor it. The customer doesn't care if don't want to put miles in your new truck is there to be rented out and to be used and not to look pretty in your parking lot. I wont recommend this location to anyone really awful service.

Frank RI could not get the lock to the door shut. On the back. But I used a bungee cord. And all was well. Probably needed man muscle lol. Over all great!!!
Rachel MJim, the store manager has always been very helpful. U-haul usually wants me to pickup my equipment at a location that will not work so Jim has helped me this time and in the past to pickup and drop off at this location.
Richard FStaff was very helpful and truck was clean and ready to go. Return was made easy and they were very accommodating.
HOWARD BUnfortunately, this was the closest location for me to rent the transporter trailer. It was a thirty minute drive to get there and thirty minutes to get back home to load my truck. The trailer was in perfect condition and did the job nicely.

David BI found a palm full of assorted nails/screws and some yard waste/dirt in the bed of the pickup. I picked out the nails/screws since i did not want to drop them on my driveway. I did not think it was my job to sweep out the dirt. The cab had some kind of animal hairs on area between the seats.
Frank TIt is in a very poor location to try to pull into and not much room to park and go in when dropping equipment off.

Frank TProcess is ridiculous, not sure why you hire people to do a job and have the customer do all the work. Staff didn't have much of a personality but got the job done.

Michael DJim was amazing got me in and out and was never rude like all the customer service representative I talk to all the phone that hung up on and was absolutely no help. I got to this location expecting the same thing and I definitely was amazed. Jim was so sweet and nice and compassionate about how customer service treats and customers
