The safety chains were not attached properly and they loosened up and started dragging on the roadway during my drive. Whenever I changed lanes the chains hit the reflectors on the road, and then they slammed upward into the trailer. My suggestion is perhaps to have a second person to verify that any equipment being towed is attached properly and securely. I also recommend that someone should carefully inspect that trailer before it is rented out again.

GEORGIA WI was using the vehicle for movies and furniture so but the the cab was dirty that hadn't been vacuumed out for a new vehicle It was pretty dirty inside the cab however everything did work smooth The amount of gas that was marked down on the sheet versus what was in the truck was different they never made an offer to rectify the situation still charge me the full amount for mileage instead of a little bit of a break to make up for the whoever had the truck before we lied to them about how much was it as I took a picture before I left the yard and took a picture and I brought it back Cindy was not very kind to work with she was on the phone the whole time I was there with other customers which I understand but somebody else in the back office should have been able to come in accommodate me as she was dealing with billing which should been done from the back office just my thoughts as a business owner

Lee's professionalism is yet another reason why I will continue partnering with this location. If you're going to rent from uhaul in the Punta Gorda area, do yourself a favor and work with this team. You won't regret it.

Al EVan showed F on gas gauge when I picked up. Drove 27 miles and went to fill up with gas. Stopped the pump when it reached 5 gallons. This was a small van. 5 mpg? No, it just wasn't full when I picked it up. Mentioned it at drop-off. They didnt seem to care.

Staff said they would be fixed, but did not happen in 3 weeks. Staff were friendly, informative, clear with rules and finance expectations. Would do business again, but suggest they focus on maintenance and equipment organization.
