Everything about the location and the clerk were excellent but corporate Haul was a dismal failure. Long hold times. No scheduler callback. Given inactive phone number for scheduler. Connected to scheduler out of area. Told I would have to travel to pickup location despite having a mover who would be driving, only to have clerk tell me that I could have done everything over the phone. No flat dollies available. Clerk said she only had one dolly despite requesting more on numerous occasions. The only good thing was that the price was reasonable even though the information was poor and misleading. received emails with three (3( different pickup locations. Had to call all three to find out who had my order. This ,indirection added a lot of stress to an already stressful situation. Will consider an alternative next time.Donald B.

Make sure that the location that is emailed to you is the correct email. I received an email that I was to pick up at a location and when I was ready to start the process it sent me to a different location. When I called the 1800 number the lady got smart with me and told me it was my fault that I was at the wrong location and when I went to the new location I had to wait 20 minutes to pick up the truck because she never processed it to pick up at the other location. The lady at the location was very helpful and gave me a discount for my trouble because I showed her the email of the pick up location which was 30 miles away from the original location. I will not be renting any trucks from Uhaul ever again. I also will not recommend Uhaul to anyone.MONICA C.

Well it did rain that day and the roof leaks on the U-Haul because my things got wet some boxes fell apart clothing and blankets were wet got wet in the boxes ruinedâ€¦. Not happy with that truck it was not up to parTANYA D.

At some point in the past the truck I received had someone that smoked inside the cab. Fortunately for me I only had it a couple of hours; however, better efforts to minimize the smoke smell should be considered. I didn't appreciate the the extra $30 fuel charge on top of the $19 fuel replacement. We both know that truck will not be refueled by someone other than the next renter. This extra charge will cause me to give greater consideration for any future rentals.Gregory H.

The truck i received was nasty, sticky stuff all in the cup holders. Somebody before me used the furniture blankets and left them all out in the back of the truck. The truck had steering problems and no acceleration. Also this place hasn't released the hold on my card and they have been paid in full.KEVIN S.

Truck front end was loose and truck was on empty on gas when I picked it up. I returned it on 1/2 a tank. No dolly available and no furniture dollys available. Only 6 furniture blankets available. I put 75$ worth of gas in it and only went 30-40 miles with it.Casey D.

U-Haul should provision a credit for leaving fuel in the truck, as I filled the truck nearly full only to find out that I essentially lost $50 of gas in what I didn't use. I could have filled my car from empty with that. This is a U-Haul policy and is unrelated to this specific location.Aaron B.

The vehicles were not checked in from the weekend so I could not get my reservation when I needed to. The mobile app did not recognize the location, nor could I search for it. The vehicle was filthy. It took until the next day for my updated billing statement to be sent to me even though I returned the vehicle within 2,5 hours of rental.joseph H.

The vehicle we received was a 2007 model 26 foot truck and should not have been rented to a customer traveling to Florida. The vehicle had white tape covering the U-Haul logo on the left side. It appeared to be covering a damaged area on the side of the truck. Once we arrived in TN we believed we had a minor power steering issue. Upon arriving in Fort Valley, GA. for fuel the vehicle was leaking transmission fluid and not just leaking. I called roadside assistance at approximately 9:00 in the morning. The servicce provider showed up and determined that the radiator was the issue. Eventually, we were back on the road at 3:30. Once we arrived in Ocala, FL. we had another issue with the vehicle We had troble getting the vehicle off of the ramp and through the intersection. It was missing out and sputtering and would not gain speed. Once again, I called roadside assistance. At approximately 9:00 I was responded back to and given an ETA for 60 minutes. That time was extended until 12:00. The service provider determined the the default codes needed to be reset in the transmission. The point to all this is this vehicle should never have left the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The maintenance on this vehicle surely has been neglected. I can't speak as how future customers should react to my comment. I can surely say, I do not know if I would rent from U-Haul again.Garry K.

This location was closed when i dropped off the truck. I went to the app but the app was not responding. I tried uhaul.com and could not get that to work either. I call uhaul but it was an hour wait. i called (502) 491-4184 and waited and when it finally rang it hung up so I called again and waited another period of time. When i got a hold of someone they said something was wrong with the system and told me to lock the truck and drop key in drop box and it would be taken care of Monday. I had an extra 1/4 tank of gas more than I left with and did not receive credit for the extra gas. I did not receive credit for the dolly or blankets I did not get. Terrible experience overall. This was the 7th rental I made in a year's time and this one was the worst.Matthew C.

This dealer entered the wrong pick-up time and this prevented me from being able to check my truck out through the mobile app. I had to call into 1-800-GO-U-HAUL was on hold for 20 minutes to be told I was talking to the wrong extension so I was transferred and on hold for an additional 55 minutes all the while I had people waiting on me that were going to help me move. It was honestly a nightmare!! The last CS rep I spoke to was awesome he was able to finally get things straight and eventually I got the key for the truck. Point being this was almost a 3 hour process totally ridiculous!!! If and when I need another truck it will not be a U-Haul...Debra B.
