It wasn't purses to go's issue, the delivery was fine but I was annoyed that the way a rental is set up in sioux falls- (I reserved through the toll free number) 1. I didn't know who I could contact to ask about the pick up (I wanted to pick up earlier in the morning and this place didn't open until 10am). and 2. I didn't know exactly where my pick up location was until the afternoon before.jason M.
Tell then that they're going to pay an extra 150 $for what I assume is no reason they're trying to tell me that the U-Haul is not brought back on full my son said it was and then they said I went an additional 100 miles when I paid for a hundred miles and I know that there is no way that we went another hundred miles overtaylor W.
The trailer would not latch on to the ball on my hitch. When I tried to contact the location for assistance, I found out they left early and I had to reach out to the muffler shop next door for assistance. The employees at the muffler shop advised this happens often. It was a very frustrating situation.Tana H.

I requested this vehicle be in a different town and was told I had to pick it up in Sioux Falls. I filled out the online booking for a different location in Sioux Falls, which was confirmed until the DAY BEFORE pick up, when someone called me and said that I HAD to pick it up there and there was no other option or way around it.Gregory R.
My reservation was for a 15' truck. I was checked out, and turned loose with the truck. After a walk around, I found the back door rolling door to be broke. The person who helped me was very kind, and immediately replaced my reservation with a new truck. However, the only option available was a 20' truck.Teddi S.

Very difficult to find, ended up leaving keys with gentleman at Merkel Norman. Process for dropping of truck was ridiculous, for what was asked of us all the photographs etc we should get a discount for doing your staff's check-in process. Will only drop off at bona fide UNaul stores in the future should I ever move again.Jeremy L.
This location was closed on saturday when I was done with the uhaul and had difficulty getting the online return completed. I tried again on sunday and still was unsuccessful and called customer service. The rep advised to return the truck and that she would note the account so after 45 mins of utilizing uhauls 'amazing' self service online tools and a call to customer service I returned the truck by 1030 am on sunday which apparently was 2 hours after the designated drop off time. 1- this location has crap hours and makes it extremely difficult to return rented items. 2- your customer service is absolutely horrible and I will NEVER recommend uhaul to anyone, ever.kendra D.

we had to pick up the car dolly and the truck in two different locations. which is fine, but it wasnt made real clear to us and resulted in wasting time because went to the wrong place first. but everyone was nice and helpful.Travis G.
Keep this location. The owner of Purse 2Go was very accommodating and helpful. Even on Sunday when her store wad closed. She gave precise instruction and very helpful. Improvement: maybe a UHaul signage in the parking lot.Joseph G.

We were supposed to pick up the haul truck at 923 W 11th St. Upon arriving there we are told our truck was given to a UPS driver and they had no idea when he would return it. The woman called around to see who also had a 10 ft truck available. They sent us to Purses to Go. Problem..they were closed on Monday. Called your main # to see what to do. We paid on line then they gave us the code for the truck lock. It was the wrong code. After trying 3 additional code we finally got one that worked. This made us really double think ever renting from Uhaul again. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE.Barbara wayne M.

Customer Service was great. The location is not the most convenient. Very small U-Haul sign on the building. Drove by it the first time. My GPS kept saying I was at my destination. The drop off site is way back of the building.MARK E.

It would have helped knowing it was "Purses to Go." An address with Ste number was frustrating. Gas tank was only half full at pick up time. We had to add 46 $. worth of gas to make the trip.connie C.

While this site did a fine job, I was not impressed with our overall uhaul experience. We did not get the uhaul at the time selected or the location we selected. We really had to rush to get everything done in a shorter amount of time. Very frustrating.Casey F.

This was not where we were actually scheduled to drop the trailer off. It took forever to find that place, there was no place to park,and the guy practically screamed at us that there was no one there to "do it". We ended up googling the next closest place. She was friendly and let us drop it off at Purses to Go.lila M.

The store was too cluttered and we had to find a path to the counter in the back of the store through a maze of purses and other items. The Uhaul was in a different lot behind the store front and we had to wade through snow to get to it. Also the truck was not warmed up or ice scraped from the windows etc. We feel she is trying to do too many things by herself in a very small retail store and Uhaul is just a side item.Rick H.

Unusual combination, purses and rental trucks, but it works. There were no trucks in sight when I got there. They are parked behind building. Seeing Uhaul trucks would help me find the location.DAVID S.
When we were at the West 11th Street location in Sioux Falls three times to get set up with U-Haul, not one time did they tell us that we might have to go to a different location to get the truck/transporter. So when we arrived to pick up the equipment on West 11th, we were told to go to Purses Plus...which we were told didn't open until 11am on Sat. We had people arriving at 9:00am to help load us up....so we were not happy with the overall U-haul experience. Then when we arrived at Purses Plus, she had opened up at 10 am and stated she had tried to call...but we did not get a phone call that morning. So - 2 things that need to be done .... UHaul employees need to explain that you might have to pick up a truck etc at a different location and at the Purses 49th location, they need to open up sooner on a Saturday morning like 7 am so that people can get loaded up earlier....this whole situation set up back by a 1/2 day.deb Z.

Uhaul was very difficult to deal with. Location changes, pick up time changes. Purses to go open from 10-5 only. Next time, I will actually shop around instead of trust the name Uhaul.Nicholas M.
I had to change my pick-up time to accommodate them. They were upset with me because I didn't have the correct tools with me to put the ball joint on the hitch...if I'm picking up a trailer, they should have those tools...it should be up to me.Jamie B.
The lady that helped me out with the uhaul was amazing. She made sure I had everything I needed for moving and was very informative on the vehicles. She helped me choose the size and was very helpful if I had any questions. Will use her again in the future!Kolby K.
No personnel were on site when I returned my equipment. The facility was closed. I simply dropped off the trailer and parked it in the lot but the place of business.Timothy W.
The lady was very nice, it was a little ladies clothing and jewelry store. The past cross country U-haul trip when assisting my daughter moved, the air conditioner did not work and the front windshield had been replaced but not sealed properly. Therefore, I asked if the air was working and if everything was ok with the truck. She stated the last people did not say there were any problems, so assume it is all working. We were 5,5 hours down the road when we blew a tire. Luckily, my son was able to keep the truck and trailer under control and we pulled to the side of the Kansas Freeway. I called road assistance and after quite awhile, they were able to pinpoint our location and sent out a service truck. My son had noted that another tire looked bad when he went out to check tire after getting us stopped. The service gentleman said the tires were awful that we were sent out on and he changed a total of 3 tires. Total down time on the side of the road was about 3 hours. Sitting in that truck while traffic sped by and "rocked the truck" was frightening, it was so unsafe.Donna E.
Everything was completed online yet representative had little knowledge of software, what screens wanted, etc. Printer was not functional. What should have taken 10 minutes was almost an hour. Trailer does not have a dolly jack which they knew nothing about. No jack made it impossible to detach the trailer when fully loaded. Didn't plan to drag a loaded trailer with me everywhere for 10 days.mark M.
