Store hours to close at noon on Sunday took truck back at 10:50 and it was closed. Had to leave keys in drop box 4 stores down at beauty salon. Then they called me 2 days later to ask if and where I dropped truck off.

Aaron BI declined every single coverage online, but a $5 000 coverage for $40 was added at this location without my permission.
ROBERT LThe car dolly had a badly out of balance wheel, 45-50 mph unloaded, starting at 62 loaded. It was bad enough I could see the left side wheel bouncing up and down in the mirror when we were towing it unloaded. This is not the location's fault. The customer service there was excellent. There was no way the location would have known, and obviously the last user didn't report it
GARY BCustomer service was wonderful ! This is my first time using at this location but it won't be my last ! I'll refer any and everyone to come to this location ! The young lady has a very beautiful soul and customer service ! She really compliments the business !

She complain because she get off at three for meds school as she mentioned and I arrived at 2:34 when they don't close until 5:15. She was very rude and disrespectful. The code w the manager gave was not working and she was upset that it wasn't. Put it down haul service the young lady is veryyyyyy unprofessional. Not to mention the location don't open until 9:15 on Saturday morning but at 8:00 am you updated my receipt charging me for an extra day when I turned it in that night. My reservation was for 2:30 I didn't leave until 4 due to an issue with the location. Unacceptable.

I had waited 10 minutes past pickup time then I had waited almost 25 minutes to drop off the trailer because the person wasnt there. This made my life difficult because I needed the trailer at a certain time and I needed to drop it off before work but she made it difficult for me to get to work on time. Overall unreliable service.

JERRY WI never could get someone to answer the phone and had to leave a message, which they never returned. When I got to the location nobody was there. After knocking and walking away a person down the way asked if I had a reservation which I did. I went down there and she took care of me and got me taken care of. With no problem.

WHEN I WENT IN SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. SHE EVEN HELPED ME SAVE MONEY BY PICKING OUT THE RIGHT SIZE. WILL DEFINITELY RENT FROM THEM AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION.

She stated she would get to it later, or I could self-return it using the app. I told her i preferred she did it as i was unfamiliar with this. That was on Saturday 4/8/23 at 10am in the morning. I assumed she would get this done. On Monday 4/10/23 I received a call asking when I was going to return the dolly. Obviously the return was never completed. I called the return location and no one answered, and the voicemail was full. So I downloaded the app and went back to where I left the dolly and self-returned it. I was extremely disappointed by the return location not doing their job for the customer. Very unprofessional. I doubt I will use Uhaul anytime soon or recommend to others.

courtney wThe woman that handled my reservation did not seem to know what I reserved online, put me down for a round trip when I asked for a one way from SC to MD. Then when she gave me the hand truck it was not the smaller one I reserved, the truck was larger than I ordered and when I asked why the price was considerably higher than the quote from my online reservation, she was really rude about it. I just did not like her demeanor or her customer service skills. It took entirely too long to get our rental.

michael eWhen picking up truck, inside was left very dirty, uhaul only had 18 miles to E, check engine light was on, died multiple times. We order 2 different dollys and neither was in truck. Will never rent from this location again.

Neel RWe were told we could drop off here without any extra charge, and then we got emailed from UHaul several days later saying the truck wasn't returned. I had to email UHaul to confirm return and give them the address and then we were charged $42,2 additional over a week after we returned the truck. Truck was rented at 1/4 full and we returned at the 3/4.

david fThey cause me to be late to moving things in a timely manner and they didn't have the equipment I asked for days beforehand. I got lucky I was able to get everything done before I had to turn the truck in. Than the truck had a driver broken window. It should had been taken out of service to get it fix. I had to dispute charges they brought against me after the reservation so make sure you document everything.

I made it back in time to return my rental but the check out process was long as well. After all of that I was overcharged because I don't understand how a $20 rental turned into 80$ when my time ran over in the parking lot trying to end it all !

She said just back it up where ever and your done. The trailer was very heavy to life off My vehicle. I guess with the amazing service I had at the pick up location and them helping hook it up. I never imagined I would just unhook myself and drive away with nobody really seeing I left it. There was no Jacks, tire chalks. So I had to lift an empty 1920lbs off my hitch and just drop it to the ground. I called the 1800 number but the wait for over an hour long. Will find and recommend a more helpful drop off location next time.

Thomas VEmployee did not have the equipment on hand and I had to run to other locations to get what I needed. The employee did not even over to help. I had to hook up the trailer and then the employee just came out to take a picture as I'd she had done it or showed me how to do it. Finally, the employee tried to up-charge and change my reservation. When I called them out on it they just shrugged. This was a very bad experience with a dishonest location!

When I got to the other location, they had already given away my truck so they sent me back to the first location to get a bigger truck. When I got there the truck was full of garbage. Long story short I ended up without the truck that I reserved a month in advance.
Madsheedi SI struggled to navigate the app. Once I figured it out things went smoothly. The app however, needs work as it runs rather slow and sometimes has issues showing orders.
