Truck leaked fluid in driveway. I had planned on picking up a truck from the Rock Island location but that truck had a mechanical failure too and so my pickup time was delayed.

Very felty dirty office ,Smells bad ( cigarettes) I did return the trailer on. Monday at 4pm than I had to return Tom the office on Tuesday to remind her to check me out . ( she said that she forgot to do so )

Truck was filthy inside and out, appliance dolly wasn't in the truck. The truck was a disaster, steering was super lose, brakes weren't good. We had to use pliers to pull the ramp out

The over mobile rental experience was terrible. . 25 minutes just to complete application process. Anothe 30 minutes to pick up the truck which cut into my reserved time and another 20 minutes upon return. The owner came out barefooted and dirty when I leaving asking how I got the truck . ( jets were in the cup holder). Had no idea we even had the truck . Had to show her my rental agreement

I misunderstood the online reservation time and according to the woman working, I was late. She made that very clear in front of multiple other guests. Rather then explaining the issue and working it out at the beginning she was rude and said she gave our truck away. She did have another available, but was having issues with the keys so it was not clean & smelled heavily of smoke. We had to take it due to being on a deadline. She did offer us a dolly and blankets for the confusion.

Not a location issue, but I had to extend my reservation by 2 days. I went to the website to extend and it has a note to call the phone number to make changes to the reservation. I called and was on hold for about 20 minutes when I gave up. The phone message said to use the website to make changes to the reservation. I sent an email from the website and the changes were processed. The website/phone messaging is circular...

The office was full of cigarette smoke, and I had to step outside in order to breathe, since my lungs won't tolerate it. Also, the attendant did not wear a mask, so that felt a little risky. Our reservation had been made online with all the fields completed, but the attendant went through the whole thing again with us, costing us extra time and requiring us to stay in the office for 15 minutes or more. The truck was good and clean though. We just won't rent from this location again, and we don't recommend it. There are cleaner U-Haul offices in the community.

Don't change a thing with this location they knocked it out of the park and had really maintained equipment! The lady and gentleman that were working couldn't have been more helpful even in the rain!

Person in office did NOT have a mask on. The office was thick with cigarette smoke. Person had to be asked to come out and take mileage and give us the amount the charge would be. Overall will find a different location to rent next time we need it!!

First the office space for rental leasing is extremely small and over crowded. Secondly they had a huge cat laying on the counter , And the woman was smoking a cigarette and blowing it like a smoke stack. The uhaul was full of ice not cleared off from the snow storm ... The cargo area of the truck was full of the previous renters blankets and utility truck. The employee even asked me if I would clean it out. And they had the nerve to tell me if I don't clean the truck or refuel it I would be charged $60 I would never use this facility again or recommend them. It was very uncomfortable and appalling.

did reservation online and received call that equipment is only available at East Moline location. employee at location is rude and she said you have 6hours to bring back. which it takes me to pickup and drop off takes 3 hrs. i didn't get enough time to move my vehicle. have to rest something else. not happy

First of all, online check in/check out is a joke as it takes forever to work, if it works. There happened to be a person at this location who tried to help me check in but was unsuccessful. She was sweet, but she also told me that this truck had been in storage for 100 days without use or maintenance, not exactly the thing a person driving it 4hrs away wants to hear. We had to drive it in the rain and the wipers kept coming off. Also, slippers are not appropriate work attire; not only because it is unprofessional but it is also a safety hazard and liability.

My whole experience with uhaul was terrible. The lady was not nice, our trailer was at another location and they were supposed to add miles to my account but didn't. And when i went to pick up the trailer, it was the auto transport, instead of the tow dolly which is what I originally asked for. The guy was rude and snappy. The uhaul truck was misfiring the whole drive.

Although the truck had an exhaust leak and was noisy, it drove very well. I am a repeat customer at this location and I would definitely recommend, not really just for the truck, but for the great customer service I got from the nice lady that worked there. She knows how to give great customer service to make you want to come back.

The truck took an hour to pick up. It was dirty with something spilled on the floor mats, an unsmoked cigarette in in door handle, plastic bottle under seat and the back had not been swept. Location didn't have the furniture pads I ordered. I was charged incorrectly. The printer had no toner and I was asked to sign a blank contract.
