I ordered a 20' unit and it was ready & warmed up when I arrived. The staff was helpful, provided me with the appropriate paperwork, and explained what I needed to know about the unit.

The U-Haul sign is folded in half so it was hard to find.

The yard with the equipment was full of large weeds. There was no delineation of parking or dropping trailers. I pointed out a piece of equipment that was broken but functional and I was told to go ahead.

Customer service was excellent! I made an error when booking online and they corrected it for me with a simple phone call. I also booked a truck they didn't have at their location that day and they were able to get what I needed from another site. Everything was there and ready to go, which made the whole process very easy on my end. Merci.

The appliance dolly that I had reserved and paid for was not available, so I was given a piece of crap one that barely had any rubber left on its tires

There was garbage from the previous user but it didn't really bother me. I did get stuck on an icy driveway as there wasn't a lot of traction on the tires. The owner at QT tire who is the uhaul vendor was great and he came and towed me out of my stuck spot. For what I needed it turned out fine.

Air conditioning not working and spray for wind shield not working

They were friendly at the desk in outlining all the necessary information, but the truck was not cleaned in the back, the gas gauge was at empty rather than the quarter they had me agree to before getting the keys, and despite confirming to me that a dolly and furniture pads were in the back as I was paying for they actually were not. I think we were given the wrong truck due to a mix up, but as they had no other trucks in the requested size that I could see and my moving schedule was incredibly tight was unable to rectify.

Did not receive receipt for vehicle drop off OR a complaint or comment form. Had a breakdown with a 3 hour delay and no response from the help line. Paid out of pocket to get back on the road and very horrible driving conditions!!

Pick up and drop off locations were great. The only negative thing was that the truck size that was suggested to us by the call in center when I booked the truck was too small and did not fit all of our stuff.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The trailer was easily assessable. The trailer squeezed a lot and did not ride well empty, but loaded it was fairly smooth. Merci.

It was very nice to come there and be able to use the unit. The return went very well even though I wasn't able to do the return online. When I called in during business hours to make sure that it had all been done it was reassuring to know that it had been done.

This location is in a tire shop business. Very limited parking and even though it was scheduled to come back to the Raymond location we were to have called Uhaul to verify that. If I wanted to drop it off somewhere else I would have made the call to Uhaul.

The storage units are well maintained but the grass is never cut, no lightning hard to see at night, I had my things out by the 15 of the month and was expecting a return on the remainder of my rent that was paid.

I would suggest getting really good locks. I had my units broken into and some DVDs taken. Gary put on replacement locks until I could get there.

Night drop. Had to call them on the after hours number, but, very kind and helpful. Said not to worry about anything for the night they would work it out in the morning. They got it all taken care of. They were awesome!

Almost no room to park trucks. Could not get self return to work and got charged $20 convenience fee. Was told my drop off was at a different location than the one sent to me after departing from pick-up location.

Pick up location was awesome. Uhaul overall service the shits! Reserved a trailer drove 10hrs to only find out they didn't have a trailer for me. Alot of bulshit and nothing for my inconvenience

The way I had to reserve a trailer and speak to people in Calgary when I’m in Lethbridge is just stupid...luckily the guy where I picked my trailer up in Raymond was great and fixed my reservation due to it being messed up

For starters when a pickup is scheduled for 10am I should have the truck by 10:15. I got possession of the truck at 12:30pm.was sent to raymond from lethbridge and no one was there to release the truck. Uhaul screwed up my online login so I couldn't get the code for the lock box.When I called uhaul customer service they played transfer tag and hung up on me 3 times and in the end I had to wait for the manager to get back while he spent another hr just trying to release the truck. Worst uhaul experience ever.

With the massive snowfall so far this year it was a little tricky dropping off the trailer but all in all they've kept it pretty well maintained
