Since people rent uhaul infrequent in many cases a device to check cars light electrical hook up would be good. Our car had bad wire so trailer lights did not work until we first found out it was car by using another trailer. We found problem and fixed but a small light tester would have saved us 30 minutes.Mark P.

Wapeka is the Representative at this the U-Haul Location, I am SO THANKFUL for her! I had planned to rent a truck for 24 hours we had an EMERGENT move. Wapeka accommodated ALL of our needs WITH COMPLETE SATISFACTION AND EASE. I ended up having to rent the U-Haul an extra day due to weather and other circumstances, AGAIN Wapeka was able to accommodate us, When I received a bill by email from U-Haul, stating that I OWE $55-ish dollars...AGAIN, Wapeka was AVAILABLE to HELP to the BEST of HER capacity. When we got there to pick up the uhaul we were immediately greeted by Wapeka. She helped me out with finalizing my reservation as I didn't complete it fully on the website. She was very nice and not rude at all about sat there for 20 extra mins helping me out. We originally rented the uhaul for 3 days but only ended up needing it for 2 days. When we returned the uhaul Noone was there but she immediately called me after getting home and helped me check the uhaul in so I wasn't charged for that extra day. Such a great help. Super nice!! Very respectful. And the fact that she personally called me to make sure I wasn't charged for that extra day really speaks volume. Thank you soooo much Wapeka.Brian L.

Mileage was entered incorrectly and we were charged for an extra 250 miles when only 36 were used. Lady said she would call us with information about our concern before the card was charged incorrectly and she NEVER called us back. We seen the charge on the card and called immediately and she then said we had to call U-Haul ourselves. We got no where. Then I decided to do the live chat with a representative and explained everything and asked to see pre check in pictures of the odometer reading and we found that the numbers were entered incorrectly and now we have to wait 3-5 business days for $300 to be refunded to the card. Not to mention we were charged TWICE! I do not recommend using this location. Moving to a new place is stressful enough no one needs to worry about incompetence when it comes to mistakes with money and trust that things will be taken care of. Not helpful. Did not ease the stress. Don't be a dealer for the company if you can't help with the problems that you created for your customers.Alex D.
I was told previously that the woman was always there even after 5pm. I got there after 7pm and no one answered the door, so I left the truck with my paperwork over to the side . Shortly after I left I received a text from U-haul charging me an additional $21.00. Not cool...Gerald S.
