The truck I rented was EXTREMELY dirty. I called the location, and was told there was no way it was dirty, which was extremely rude. It was very dirty and I have photos to prove this. It cost me half of my day I scheduled off because I had to actually take it and spray it out it was so bad. I couldn’t get done in my allotted time, so I had to wait until my next day off. Had the truck been clean I would have been done that day. The wheels also need an alignment.

My reservation was at 10:30, but the location didn’t open until 11. I lost 30 minutes of my time trying to locate the key / waiting for them to open. The customer service rep was extremely rude and unprofessional.

When I reserved the truck the rate was 19.99 + .79/ mi. When I closed out the rental the app showed a rate of 89.99 + .39 / mile. There was no explanation of the rate change by the rep at the U-Haul location. I disagreed with the charges in the app and called the next day to U-Haul, ultimately receiving a call back from a sales manager who explained the change. I advised and have a copy of the app showing my final rate charge as 19.99/day +.39 / mi but was charged 89 + .39 / mile. The sales manager said He would give me 25$ to Use in the future and that hasn’t happened either. Incredibly poor customer service from beginning to end. Additionally I set the rental for pickup at 9 on a Sunday, only to receive a call on Saturday evening asking to change that to 10. Doesn’t U-Haul know their own hours. Changes like this change moving plans in general.

Your app was awful. I tried for almost half an hour to return my equipment through the app, and it would not let me sign in. It just kept saying “password not set up for this account” even though I just set it up. Also. I returned my equipment at 11pm exactly and still got hit with a late fee, even though part of the reason for it being “late” was the app not cooperating and letting me mark the truck as returned!! Nothing wrong with the equipment though, and the location is fine. It just seems a bit odd for the truck drop off to be on the opposite end of the parking lot from the key return.

For this location, the managing store is on the corner of Fedex store and has only small sign in the Fedex store window, it's very difficult to find from the big shopping center.

When i picked up my truck is was a far distance from the store. There were blankets left in the back of the truck that i did not ask for, which were in the way. The truck was not cleaned out before i received it. The air conditioning was also malfunctioning. The truck had under 32,000 miles but appeared to be poorly taken care of for the low mileage it had.

No indication of where the truck should have been parked and since the location was closed I just had to drive around until I found other parked uhaul vehicles. They also stated that the vehicle had to be padlocked so I had to leave my lock on the cargo bay and turn in my keys with my personal lock to avoid any issues if someone were to open the cargo door and take any of the rented moving equipment. Would expect a refund for the price of the lock given that this wasn’t stated in the initial rental contract. Will never deal with this location again.
