Fix your d@mn app! It was an abysmal failure for pickup, and so too was customer service that never did pick up my call (I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes by the time I hung up), and the chat assistance has completely useless (and dismissive). Thankfully the physical location opened up so I could check out the truck from an actual person - and he was great!

Deanna ArmijoThis location is also a Muffler & Brake repair shop - when we dropped off the auto carrier, it was dark and the parking lot was so full that we spent nearly an hour trying to back the auto carrier into a parking spot, but there just wasn't enough room to maneuver the 20" van & trailer - very frustrating. It's just too crowded of a parking lot for returns.

John SchuhmacherInitially I had a reservation to pick up the truck in Provo, then in less than 24 hours they told me to pick it up in Draper, they acknowledged their mistake, they said they will deduct the miles and that I will have $50 dollars in my bank account for their reservation error, still has not been transferred. Cassandra MorenoI reserved a much needed appliance dolly. When I showed up in the morning to pick up the truck. He told me they haven't had appliance dollies in months. He wasn't nice or apologetic about it. It really threw off our morning as we had our whole move day tightly scheduled. I had to drive all the way to Home Depot in Lehi to rent one, luckily, they had one in stock. If someone is taking reservations for U-Haul, I would think they would get notified ahead of time the details of the reservation. The customer should be notified if they reserve is not available ahead of time so they can plan ahead. Super frustrating and unprofessional.
Jennifer JohnsonWhile most people probably know that the loading ramp can be extended and then raised to be even with the loading deck, that is not something we realized. Thus, for really heavy objects, we would push them up the ramp, but then have to lift them up a couple of inches to get them on the floor of the truck. The truck itself was pretty fuel efficient.
Stephen HardU hauls 6×12 tandem axle trailers need a jack to hook and unhook if needed. Own various trailers single and tandem axles all come with a jack for a reason. This is BS

David LacasseParking lot very crowded not sure where to leave the vehicle. No one came out to see if I needed assistance. The process to return took about 30 minutes, with all the pictures that were needed!! Nothing stated to refill the truck, so charged extra for that, on top of mileage…an additional $145!! Very disappointed with Uhaul during this whole experience!! I am not sure I will use them again!!

CASSIE CATHCARTI wish I had known I would end up paying 100 for just moving something small, I would have gone to Home Depot or something. U-Haul advertises 19,95 but charges you mileage too which is not advertised and you have to fill fuel too. I paid 100 to just go downtown and back. Really disappointed

Kim WilliamsAlthough the open sign was displaying, and the hours said that someone would be there, there was no attendant to process having me pick up the truck. I had to do the online automated pick up, which was a disaster! I will never be renting through U-Haul again!
Robert F ElzeyOutside was really dirty. Inside was fine. Please keep the Chevy cargo vans. Those are better for people over 6ft tall. The Fords are uncomfortable.
Shana DavisI paid ahead and the truck was not ready when I got there (no keys in truck). I had to wait an hour before we were actually able to leave. Also I was charged for dolly's that I booked ahead for and they did not have any when I got there. I have been trying to get the dolly charges reversed but have not had any luck
Jennifer ScottI was very disappointed with this location, the employees, the service, the equipment and an unexpected additional cost. When I went to pick it up I hardy received an acknowledgment. The vehicle lot was very crowded and I was not shown which truck was mine to rent and only due to my sister was I able to locate proper truck. The truck was dirty and had spilled drink down the inside of the drivers door. Truck had no air conditioning. Because dealer was closed by the time we finished, we brought it back the next morning (still within my 24 hour rental). The employee that met me at the door took the key from me and told me I was done checking the truck back in. Then I find out because I didn't just drop off the keys in the overnight slot I was charged an extra $20 for handing the employee the truck key. $20 for him to take the keys, wow. The only good things I can say is the truck didn't break down and the brakes didn't fail.
