We where charged an extra $25 for a cleaning fee... I know I cleaned it out and put the Dolly in the cab. It was snowy and muddy so it could have gotten dirty from that and the "dirtiness" from that should not be counted against me. I cannot health the weather. But the man was very rude and very short with me. We turned in the truck on Sunday feb 21st a day early due to being harassed with texts asking where the truck was.

No problems at all. Everything worked well.

We went there first and they said we could not rent for 2 days. We went to mailbox store and they said we could rent for 2 days. They said we would pick it up from the 1st store and return it to them. When we went to first store they asked why we would go to second store when we could get it cheaper from 1st store for two days. What??? Confused.... they said we couldnt have for 2 days....

The truck we rented drove horribly. The steering was very dangerous, I couldn't drive above 40 miles per hour or the truck felt as if it was about to veer off the road. It served it's purpose, but the driving experience was my worst experience ever. The vehicle 🚗 May had recently been serviced, but if I owned it, I'd request my money back.

RUDE, SHADY, NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY Go to location at 2294 IL-158, Belleville, IL 62221 instead. Let's start with these folks not seeing us till we re-parked our car to a different spot. Who cares if the lot is COMPLETELY empty. Add on that we only parked outside of a normal spot because they had a truck blocking all of the parking minutes prior. Get inside and show Military ID, because the Uhaul customer service rep said that we could get 10% off at the dealership. The lady said, "Only for active duty with one-way orders, but we'll see." Then suggests that we already got a discount because the Uhaul rep booked the 17' truck for us, as the 15' trucks were all taken. I would've rather had the 15' truck. We go to leave the lot, and the mileage was higher in the truck than what was stated on paper. Shady. We were charged by the mile. Also, the Uhaul rep stated that we could go over on our allotted time with a simple notification to the dealer. This was NOT the case. These people were very quick to threaten a late fee. Overall, very impressed with Uhaul's customer service rep, but all was lost when we arrived at the dealer. Moving is stressful enough without dealing with rude, shady people. Stay far away from this location, and go to the one on 158 instead. That guy is nice as can be.

I was charged a $15 gas fee even though I made sure to fill tank at a gas station a 1/4 mile away before dropping it off. When I tried contacting the company, no one will answer the phone. This is extremely unethical if not flat out illegal business practices and should be dealt with immediately.

I have rented several 6 x 12 trailer's. this by far was the least desirable because it had the shorter height. plus the other trailers had the doors that open to the side and we're taller. this is what I expected when I rented. I also know the jacks for these hitches have been removed due to frequent damage but there needs to be a way to lift the heavy tongue easier onto your vehicle.

inside store is definitely dated and in need of a good cleaning. but the woman checking in/out was very knowledgeable and pleasant enough. overall good experience.

The managers are friendly and professional, rates reasonable, and vehicles clean and reliable. I rented three different trucks this past month relocating my business and found the service and product consistently satisfactory. I would absolutely recommend this dealer!

I was transferred to this location because another one didn't have the truck. When I got there the lady at the counter accidentally put the customer before under my reservation number. She quickly called uhaul and fixed the mix up. She was very polite and didn't try to trick you with mileage or money.

The lady working the counter was very nice and friendly. Gave out lots of good information.

The steering wheel had something sticky on it, so I wiped the entire dashboard area including all knobs and switches, just to be safe. Especially, with covid virus around. Everything else was fine and the vehicle ran well.

staff was smug, condescending and felt like it was an imposition or bothersome to set us up, not our reservation site, and they made fun of the people where we made the reservation. Not a professional setting

It was sad that the uhaul software wasn't working on the lady's computer. She had to do a manual contract. I would think that the uhaul's IT department would take care of the computer situation since the lady complained that her computer issues happen all the time.

I've use this facility several times in the past. Always great service. Great people to deal with.

They are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable... They even hook up the trailer for you!

Equipment overall in great shape. Only problem was tie down straps were frayed on ends which made fitting in ratchets difficult. Need to redress ends with hot ?? and remelt nylon ends.

The gentleman running the place was very friendly and helpful.
