Inspect type of car haulers for rubber safety hooks in working order. Two of mine were split one missing.

Customer service when I arrived greeted me and was nice and I was in and out within 6 minutes.

I ordered a dolly and furniture pads, those were not in the truck. Also, the emergency brake handle was broken and is loose from the car, which is dangerous. Lastly, the return instructions weren't correct. The app said to drop the keys off in a drop box, but all of the drop boxes had locks on them and there was nowhere where the code could be found. I had to return the keys the next day because of this.

Schedule the right store. I asked for the one two minutes from my house and ended up having to drive like thirty min.. cost me a lot more in mileage plus labor because the guys were there waiting for me.

The van was extremely messy when we picked it up. There were items left in the back of the uhaul from previous renters.

The people at the desk didn't even know I had reserved the equipment, they also wasn't sure where was any of the dollies, they was not in the truck so I had to go back. When I went back the people inside didn't know where they was or if they even had any

Our reservation was perfect staff was on time and we were out of there in 7 minutes. When we checked back in -no issues.

The location was not well maintained

Lobby was beyond disgusting and filthy. You would NOT want to sit while waiting let alone be inside. Cab of truck was filthy, I wore gloves to drive. Upon my return I could smell the staff was in the back smoking pot as it wafted through the door when they were called out by a random person walking around to help me my return. Also, I shouldn't have to start my day filling the truck with gas. 1/4 tank at pick up….really lazy UHaul !!!!

There isn't anything that need to be adjusted. My expectations were met to the highest extent. Customer service was fanominal, I didn't have to wait also, for future references I was given great advice on moving. It was convenient and welcoming. I would return.

The employees at this location did not know how use the computer. The driver's seat belt was broken and the transmission would only shift between 1st and 2nd causing increased fuel usage.

Put a persons money back on their credit card when they return your property and not make them wait two days or more.

Returning the truck was very easy. The attendant quickly checked out the truck to make sure we had returned it in a good and clean condition. The check in was handled quickly and we received our receipt through email on the spot!

The gas wasn’t where they said it was I took a picture to even prove it woke up to then tryin to take 90 more dollars off my card I’ll never rent again

I left the tank on F but they tried to tell me I didn't. I honestly should've taken a picture of the tank if I knew they we're going to try to charge me extra. I even couldn't use the app to show I dropped the UHAUL off earlier than my drop off because the App kept glitching. I'll probably never use those things again. DO BETTER.

The only thing I can say is to make sure you all are on the same page. Because my drop off location changed and the original location had no idea of the change. Good thing I save my text messages.

Attendant was courteous. Vehicle was clean but needed maintenance. Tire pressure light was on. Oil change indicator light was on. I would not appreciate it if the vehicle had issues while I was out of town.

Have employees show up for confirmed appointments. Clearly mark buildings. Reimburse clients when you say you will. Have confirmed equipment at pick up location.

I rented the uhaul for 3Days. I went to return the uhaul and I couldn't because there was no drop box for the key. I called customer service they made a note that I will be returning the uhaul key on Monday the truck is back on the lot. I purchased furniture pads that I didn't receive. She made a note as that as well. Anywho the uhaul place I got the truck from didn't give me my furniture pads kept the money and was trying to charge my card 100 dollars TWICE without calling to confirm that happened. I did everything I was supposed to do and they're continuously us trying to charge my bank card. It's definitely ridiculous. Plus the gas was on 46 miles when I got the uhaul. Highly not recommended

Very clean truck & great service!

Location charged us for fuel when we had replaced the gas to its previous level. Luckily we took a picture because the location manager tried to say that we didn't refill the truck.

Was told to pick up at 1 and staff on site could not help as owner was off site. Has to speak over phone and provide personal info out loud in front of strangers including all my personal cc info.
