Bradley ScottJarell was concerned about my payment upon asking me about my rental time and took it upon himself to call and see why my charge was so high, which happened to be an online error I must have made when scheduling the pickup. He was able to get my reservation changed to the correct rental rate so I wouldn't be overcharged. This was definitely customer service at its best!!!
Nakesha BrownThere was no one at this location when we went to pick up the trailer. There was also no one there when we went to drop off the trailer. If I had not called to extend my rental we would have driven away with a trailer that had not been properly signed out because of a lack of staff. If there is no one to staff a location then do not offer that pickup time or drop off time.

bryant griffinThese people are not friendly at all. They act like they couldn't care less if we were there or not. We had to talk on the phone several times, they talked like they had a mouthful of mud, hard to understand. It was like they didn't want to be on the phone. The facility was dirty and very cluttered. The truck was in good condition and ran great. If you don't mind poor customer relations and a dirty environment the equipment was good.

Paul PhillipsI only dropped off the truck and key. I liked that the keydrop was easy to find. However, it was very dark in the parking lot. No lighting for after hours drop-off customers.

Paul PhillipsRipped me off. Charged me for cleaning the truck when the truck was spotless. I removed the drink cups and swept out the broken cookies from the cab. BACK WAS SPOTLESS AND THEY CHARGED ME A $25 CLEANING FEE.. There wasn't a scrap of paper or a leaf in the back of that truck. Pickup guy told me tank was at 9/16. I drove it less 30 miles, put 3 gallons of gas in it and they charged me for 2 more gallons. Drop of point is a rip-off making false claims to generate penalty fees. My bank has been informed of the fraudulent transactions and the charge will be contested.. You should drop the the subsequent charge. You ow me $9,5 for fuel charge, $25 for cleaning charge, and $12 for pads you did not deliver. Drop the subsequent $39,02 and we will call it even.

ron williamsonThe lot was full and no one was available to help. Called the number and was told just park it anywhere and leave the key in the drop box. That was fine but I had to block other trucks in and made me feel uncomfortable just leaving it like that. Could have been better if there was more defined parking or staff available. The place looks like a junkyard.

Brittany FranklinTruck smelled like cigarettes, and the owner knew. I had a migraine while using the truck. It was unprofessional interaction. I had to wait 30 min after my reservation time for the owner to arrive and then I notified him when I was on the way to drop the truck off. He closed the shop 40 min early, before my arrival. I have a $100 unexplained extra charge to my credit card now since he checked it in without my presence. Never renting from this location again.
Alayna McClureExplain all the charges being charged before signing contract. Felt like I was charged for a inconvenience fee because U-Haul wanted me to drop it off 40 miles away to the closest U-Haul drop off location.
