RICHARD NThis is the second time U-Haul online has booked me equipment two hours away when my local agent had equipment on his lot. U-Haul really needs to start tracking equipment better so unnecessary trips aren't taken to retrieve equipment.
Brett MWe shouldn't have had to go an hour to drop equipment off. Thus putting more mileage on truck. There should be a local area for drop off.

thorlakson wThe lot is quite small with many trailers and vehicles already there. We came with a 20' uhaul and had slight difficulty parking it where it wouldn't interfere with other vehicles. Quite organized though and no problems at all. No one was there that day, but drop off was smooth.

Bobby HNot impressed with your call Center. We were told we had to go to bonneyville to pickup trailer as there wasn't one in lloyminster so we would get a free day for our inconvenience then we got charged for the extra day anyway and no reply back from my concern that I sent hours ago.

Trevor SMaking the travel to go pick a haul a distance makes our travel to relocate, it’d be nice if the uhaul is a far distance to pick should be delivered to an closer pick up place by U haul worker for extra hours for them
Ellen NThere wad snow in trailer so I didn't see that the bottom was littered with old nails and yard trash that I had to clean out before I turned it in when finished. I was not impressed.

Brian HOverhead door was iced up had to chip ice away to close properly no big deal . Didnt notice until loading trailer but smelt like urine maybe cat piss on the inside . Bit of a concern with 2 sets of mattresses inside but they were covered for this very reason . Requested an appliance dollie to move fridge and washer / dryer head office I delt with said location had one but didn't . Your best bet is to make arrangements with location you pick trailer or truck up at they know what they have not like head office who are unsure you will even get what your looking for . U Haul could put jacks on hitch of trailers as they are not light specially if trailer needs to be unhooked from truck once loaded bit of a safety issue specially in winter ! Both U Haul employees were helpful and courteous at both ends of our move ....thanks guys .

Darren SLot was snow filled and messy. Hardly room to pull in and drop off trailer. I drove over an axel that was laying on ground. Drop box for keys and contracts was inaccessible as it was located in most snow filled area of lot. Place is a joke, complete disaster.

Jared RThe bathroom was filthy. AND they charged an unauthorized transaction - in which I'm still trying to get my money back for. We were promised (and recorded) the fourth day at no charge, but they still charged us. And no feedback, phone call, email, nothing!
Derek CTires were like slicks, it shook so bad all the way it gave me a headache. It is in serious need of a wheel alignment. If these are the trucks you are putting on the highway I am legitimately terrified of driving on the highway with these trucks. Absolutely brutal
Travis ANothing to do with the drop off location, but I don't understand how I can make a reservation for a vehicle trailer, only to have it canceled a couple days before pick up because it's not available. I had to get a dolly instead which didn't really work for me. I got my vehicle home, but the dolly couldn't get it into my garage. Now I don't know what I'm going to do.

GORDON Mgas and mileage was not correct on the contract to what was on the truck, scrapes all over the passenger side were not noted on the checkin documents and price changed upon entering my credit card. I had to pay an extra $500
Lynne PAbout the only issue is for a trailer this s size hitch should have a jack on it as it was hard for two people to hook up and almost dangerous for only me to unhook at drop off other than that I was happy with trailer and service
