Very customer friendly. I made a RSVP for a vehicle that was not on site. They said no worries... went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle that I wanted would be at my preferred location on the date and time needed. Thank you to all that made it happen.

The seats smelled!! They need to cleaned. They had dirt and hair all over them. I took it and vacuumed it out and then sprayed Frebreeze inside. I did not go or ask for that location it was far from my house. I went to the one down my street and reserved my van DOWN THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE. PICKING THIS VAN UP “COST” me $25.00 MORE!!!!!!! I’m very dissatisfied with “”””well, we could not guarantee where you were going to pick up”””” ... 5 mins verse 25 mins to pick up my van.... not cool

When we dropped our Uhaul back off three hours later the same day no one could help us finish the transaction. They said the owner left for the day and no one was capable of finishing the transaction. Left us clueless as to what to do next. We had to call Uhaul online to finish the transaction. No help from store. We also were charged obsessively. No one explained the fine print to us. I will never use Uhaul again after this experience. My name is Robin Randolph Natasha and I bought the Uhaul together. Poor customer service.

The man was rude He accused,me of taking a 99 cent. Item that when I was paying accidentally put I my tote when I reached in to get my ringing phone, who just happened to b uhaul.... I was very upset as I would never do that and when I said that he wasn't even apologetic. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. But the uhaul service was good Thank you.

Terrible experience. The representative in this location was argumentative, keep yelling at my husband and myself. Did not want to accept the return that we were assigned by U-Haul. We try to explain that we were given PineHill ,NJ drop off and refuse to accept the U-Haul truck. The Regional Manager was contacted by customer service to further assist. Regional Manager and customer service rep. Took ownership over the the bad experience and apologized for the unprofessionalism of the drop of location. No should be treated the way this location treated my husband and I.

Called to Confirm truck is avilable at selected location a day before but received a last minute pick up change location. About 10 minutes from confirmed pick up location and was charged for the extra milage. Not the first time, last rental there was more than an hour delay. Delayed arrival cost 2 hours of extra Helpers pay (per hour). Will call to resolve these issues and file a complaint.
