The location was a little bit confusing and there was a lot of confusion from the business owner regarding us using the truckshare 24/7 to do our checkin online.

It was very hard to find. The sign had fallen down indicating where to leave the truck. The store looked like it was closed. It was confusing. Once the man came out, he was helpful.
Erin PI was not contacted ahead of time with instructions on how to pick up the vehicle. Phone number that was listed was incorrect for the location, I had to take time out of my day to go in ahead of time just to ensure that I actually had a vehicle. I was provided a 10' truck when I booked a 15' truck weeks prior. I was not informed about this change ahead of time and only realized this when I went to pick up the truck. The customer service representative had poor understanding on how to work his computer and it was a VERY slow computer, it took multiple attempts to confirm my rental as they did kept entering in the wrong information and were uncertain of the errors they kept getting. It took me 45 mins just to confirm I had a rental. I would have been better of going and working the system myself. When I called the next day regarding the incorrect rental and lack of notification, the phone representative informed me that it was listed I picked up my truck the day before when I went in person to confirm the pick up. I was specifically told I was not able to pick the truck up until my time the next day (7:30am) by the service representative in person. AVOID this location. I will never book with Uhaul again after this experience.
Daniel SGuy's computer was 20 years old and didn't work. He had me sign a piece of paper with a date on it and called it good? Super sketchy. Uhaul called me and setup the contract correctly, thankfully. Truck itself was almost empty (gas). After this experience, I will probably refuse to use uhaul if you try and change me to a third party pickup location again.
Ryley HReturned truck on Thursday 10/5 9:30pm. The return process wasn't complete until 10/13 after dozen follow up calls with customer services. Even U-Haul internal staffs can't get hold of the person in this location.

LLOYD BTired to check in online and it keep saying that it couldn't find my location. I following the suggestion for changing my settings and it worked but it still would not let me do the sign in, Finally went in to the business and they said they had to enter the information. The were quite helpful. I signed up to do the check in myself. I think Uhaul needs upgrade their software. I have had similar problems in the past. There are not many options for moving rentals. If there were I would switch. I have used Uhaul 10+ times.
David WEmployees need training. They did not know how to check us in and we had to call Uhaul to walk it through with the man at the desk. Not good.

Matthew MDropped truck off during business hours and there wasn't anyone on site, fortunately I had my U-Haul login info so I return online but if I did not I would have had to wait for someone to return. No indicate on the door as to when anyone would be back.

Taylor RAvoid this location at all cost. Dirty, dark, dusty, old smoke smell office. Sales rep seems to me nice guy but absolutely helpless with technology. I was waiting 30 minutes past my time for him to log in for finalizing rent. Then he asked completely outside of the policy to write credit card info on scrap paper. What for? After I returned truck he did not adjust mileage credit.

Jose PFirst up , I had to write my visa info on a piece of white paper, when asked said they will strike it out. Next I booked for 5 hours and was charged for 2 days plus an additional cost. I picked a couch and ended up paying 200$. The customer service were really helpful had mentioned would reimburse a few costs. Am a big fan of Uhaul but the dealers are letting them down. There was no discussion on any fee. But promptly charged over n above any discussion we had. Dear team, pl call my cell 519-567-6803. This can't happen to others!
Prince JI don't understand why I had to give my credit card for the person there to write it on a piece of paper (not even official uhaul paper). I had already self checked-in and uhaul had my card on file. Felt really shady.

Emma CThis was a body shop where they brought UHAUL s to be picked up. The owner did not have the proper forms or information. The truck was old and in bad repair. I highly recommend that UHAUL look into this soon.
Lee BI reserved furniture dolly, utility dolly, furniture pads. None available. I was given an empty truck. I had to go to a store to buy a dolly.
XINYI LWhen I picked up the van the attendant told me he was way too busy to enter the information in the computer. He gave me a form and told me to fill it out. There was only one other person behind me. He then said my van was one of the two out back, but he was too busy. He pointed to where the vans were and I went back and tried the key to see which one it was. It did not come with a full tank of gas though I returned it with a full tank. He did not check the fuel or do a walk around for damage. He was too busy. I don't know what with.
Michael MThe gentleman who helped me to get the truck was a very nice guy. However, it does not seems he knows how to use the computer systems. Also, I think he needs to provide the contract and necessary documents in the location before giving me the truck. I believe if the issues of the computer and document are solved, I will recommend this location to a friend.
