The attendant at the store acted completely dumb. Stated he had no idea what to do. I had to argue to get him to call his boss.

The store was a little dirty and shady, I could barely hear the clerk talking due to the loud radio station playing.

store attendant waited on many customers while checking the truck in, the music was so loud in the store, I couldn't hear the attendant's questions, picking up the truck took less time than drop off, terrible

Truck was dirty inside the cab, it had trash leftover from previous rental. The location is not adequate to rent trucks, not enough parking for them.

Easy access to the highway and parking lot, this is an excellent location for pick up. The fellow in the gas station was incredibly helpful in sorting out my late pick up, and I had the keys and was on my way in short order. Be kind and peaceful, and this place is a good pick up spot for UHaul. Also, the truck was so clean!! I had expected a big truck cigarette smell, but it was fresh and clean.

The customer service at the store for pick up and return was unacceptable. Both the morning and the return attendants struggled to assist me. The pick up took over an hour even though I used the app AND it didn’t even have my utility dolly. I had to drive to another store to pick it up because we were moving a washer and dryer. The only good thing about my experience was the customer service manager that i spoke to in the morning was very pleasant. The rest was not a good experience at all.

Horrible service things got changed without my knowledge on my reservation. Due to one location not having what I requested. Next location still didn't have what I asked for just the truck. I will never use uhaul again.

This location tried to charge me two days instead of one and didn't have the dolly locked up I told them and they said it was fine then tried to charge me for it and moving blanket that was never on the trunk and tried to charge me as returning truck on empty when I was actually returning truck with more gas then was in it when I took it!!!! And the truck was so loud you couldn't here the person sitting in the truck with you or emergency vehicle outside!!!!!!!!!!!!!never use again!!!!

The exhaust system was so loud you couldn’t talk or listen to the radio. Upon check out I was charged for items we did not and were not on original contract. No paper receipt or contract available as their printer was down.
