They did not have access to the lock box after the uhaul online instructions told me to inside to clerk. The box was finally opened after 35 minutes making me late for my prior engagement and the key still wasn't there. Then the clerk realized he had the key in the store the entire time wasting 45 minutes of my 4 hour reservation.Zahara A.

They need to prepare for their orders. They couldn't find the keys which put me further in a time crunch. The beginning odometer reading was wrong and I didn't find this out until I got the final bill. In all my years of renting for major and minor moves, I've never had the odometer reading wrong. I've had instances where they've sat and showed me the gas and odometer in the car and what it'll show on the bill as well as others where they gave me the keys & told me where it was parked and that they checked the stuff already.Branddon B.

I was very displeased with the lack of communication and professionalism with the attendants at this location. It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. They had to call someone else to walk them through the process of checking me in and making the payment for the rental. I also paid What I thought was the full amount for the rental online so I wasn't expecting to Pay more at the location. Either way, what seemed like it should have been a 5 minute transaction turned into nearly a 30 minute transaction. This was very dry inconvenient as I was in the middle of moving. The location was a gas station And there were very little supplies. One of which, I initially paid for, and couldn't get because they didn't have it. I think if dispatch workers are going to assign people to certain locations they should have continually updated information about The condition of these locations. They should be aware of whether or not they have all the supplies that uhaul offers.Casheka F.
