When I arrived the person told me the keys were lost and then I was scrambling for a new location but all were unavailable He then gave me a number to call and I found you had to get codes for keys online. The whole process of getting the truck took over an hour with a call to get someone to help with the process. As well, they put the key locks so high that I couldn't even see the letters to line them up and had to ask for help and he told he that he was having trouble as well. The online check in was longer then I thought as well.Daniel O.
This was the third location I was sent to get a truck, although I booked my reservation 3 months in advance at my preferred location. Required to use mobile app at this location because there was only a lock box on the building with no person to help. While the phone based customer service person was very helpful, the poor cell reception and relentless highway traffic was so bad I couldn't hear her. Took me over an hour to go through dozens of steps on the app to get the key from the lock box. The overall experience was very frustrating and very unpleasant.Martin F.

The mobile way of renting a u haul took an extra hour and a half on the cell phone. I had four movers on the clock at $60 an hour. They sat in their car while one of them help navagate your web site that would freeze a lot. Thank God this person was a bit of a gamer and knew stuff. Ill never do that again. Also just one block away was a place full of available uhauls. And one more issue. You need to have your dealers verify the city they are located in. Several are listed in Mount Vernon, WA. when actually they are located in Burlington,WA.Levi M.
I enjoyed the convenience, did not care about being charged for gas. When we got the truck, it was halfway full; then we filled the tank to how we got it and charged for gas.Thomas R.
1. The key box was difficult to open. 2. The store owner was rude to us as well as to the phone in person from the help line. 3. there were no moving pads or dolleys as requested and it was filthy. However we were dirrected to a Burlington site that was not just pick up; it was a uhaul store and we got great service there. Store worker was apologetic, gracious, and made us feel a lot better about our moving day. Next time, I will not pick a uhaul vehicle at a non-uhaul site but only from a uhaul store.Eric W.
The uhaul was not in good shape it's check oil light was on an the battery light I can't believe you guys continue to rent uhauls out to families when they so obviously need to be serviciedARIANNE D.
We returned the equipment to a 24 hr drop off location. Completed the process online, were instructed to drop the keys in the box and the lock boxes did not have a slot to put the keys. When we went into the gas station, the attendant stated, â€œread the instructionsâ€. However, no code was given on the uhaul return link. We called customer service and waited 83 minute to speak with someone. We were given a code for the lock and it did not work. We were on hold again for 30 minutes and told there will be a representative at the spot from 7-noon. We still have the keys with no way of returning them appropriately.Alexander Y.

This was absolutely the worst renting experience I've ever had from U-HaulJoseph A.
The process we had to do to pick up this truck was ridiculous!! The people on the phone were of zero help! The person that runs the quick stop had to call someone to help walk me through the check in process to get the truck! Every time I called uhaul for help I kept getting told â€œI don't knowâ€ TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER! Then when I was trying to return the truck I spoke to 4 different people before finally getting upset because my toddler was getting hot due to me taking too long to return the truck! I finally told the last person i need help checking the truck back in and she finally helped me check the truck in over the phone! By the time i reaches her I was crying!! WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERALL!!!!!!!SHAWNA W.

I was told to drop the truck and trailer there and was told they couldn't accept the trailer. Something about their contract with Uhaul doesn't allow trailers but they did accept it anyway. When I went to return my equipment the person working the counter didn't know how, so I went ahead and returned on the app as if it was an after hours return.Tim G.
