Rear cargo door broken, mirrors wouldn't stay put. Charged for equipment I never recieved

JAMES GUnfortunately the uhaul that I received had a leak in it so a lot of my items got wet. My 1st night in my new home I had to sleep on a wet mattress.

Jason FWhen we returned the trailer, the location was closed for the day. We had no idea they would be closed and had no cell connection when we finally figured out how to do the return by phone. The trailer was returned on time, but because of your poor service we could not figure out how to do the remote return for almost an hour. Then you have the nerve to charge us for an extra day!?! If you do not fix this charge I will never do business with u-haul again. We just spent $1200 with ya'll in the last 2 months. And because your location was closed, we pay extra. That's a nice touch.

VICTOR RWhen I received the text to confirm my reservation, no one ever answered the phone no matter how many times i called. So I left a message and still received a text thereafter requesting to call and confirm. I rented the trailer for 3 days 7/22/16-7/24/16, which we told the man that worked there that we will return on Sunday. He advised us they will be closed but we can still drop it off and only be charged till Sunday. On 8/4/16 I received a call inquiring what dates I had the trailer which I advised 7/22-7/24 the man state ok and I will receive an invoice for that. When I got the invoice it was for over $196.45, which i was initially quoted $46 and some change. When I called the office back, the man said he was going to call U-haul and have them straighten out the problem and he will call me back later. I havent heard from them since. I called 8/5 and was told the owner will call be in an hour. 3hrs later I havent heard anything and called and was told he wont be in the office for another 4hrs. Due to this issue not being resolved with this office, I have contacted U-haul's customer service to get this issue resolved.

john jGood assistance, with the owner being very helpful. I reported the lights to him and he said he would call it in to get them fixed so the next person didn't have to drive without light.
LEON WThis is not the pickup location I reserved. Truck was not available at the time I needed it. Truck had poor suspension, smoke came from the undercarriage, gas gauge was defective. The agent at pickup location I reserved tried his best to meet my requirements, but his regional manager refused to cooperate and forced me to go to another location which did not offer the supplies I needed.

JOHNNY MI could not be any happier with the service I received from Quick N Go Tire. I expressed my frustration with my service and the owner made a genuine effort to allay my frustrations and was the only honest individual I met that is associated with U-Haul.

Jennifer CThey were not open on time and I could not pick up truck at scheduled time. The truck gauges were not operating properly which caused me considerable delay. This was not pickup locations fault but was U-Hauls.

David AThey were thirty minutes late meeting me for my appoinment time. The man who helped me didn't apear to even know what he was doing in renting the equipment out to me. The staff was rude including using profanities in front of me. I would go anywhere else within reason to avoid this disaster.
William NThe representative was friendly however he did not provide any instructions or directions as to how to use the equipment. He couldn't answer any of our questions and was more concerned about the other customers that were there for automotive services. He gave us the wrong equipment and did not provide us with the products that we requested in the original order.
Hope GWas booked for pickup at another location in Covington, GA, Mike when online to direct me to closer pickup point, saving me one hour driving time. Go Uhaul what a great support group.
DENNIS UMy experience was terrible with uhaul the brakes didnt work i was late with my arrival had to pay out extra money for help unloading the truck My step dad had to call off work because we didn't get back in time. The overall experience was just terrible, and I would not refer any of my friends to uhaul ever. In fact I would like a refund of all my money that I put into uhaul. I reserved the truck 3 weeks in advance more that enough time to get a well serviced truck seeing that I was driving it from Georgia to Pennsylvania. I am just discussed with Uhauls service.

BRENDA WStaff was very friendly and helpful at this location. Location we were originally to return to on Old Griffin Road in McDOnough is not in business any more. Location on Jodeco Road in McDonough GA refused to help us and was a terrible experience. But this location on HWY 155 was great!
