Raymond S | Expérience généraleNever moved out vut yet they sent a email saying we noticed you moved out lol. I asked for an extension and was denied. So in return they auctioned off my belongings. The lady was only supposed to take a 30min lunch break she would be gone well over a hour on several occasions. She got away with it because the owner lives in California!! It was her and her son that ran the place and he barely knew how to work the computer system sadly to say There are cheaper units with better security and longer hours to access. Here could not go in after 7well people's work different shifts 99 % of storage units have 24/7 entrance. Terrible people to deal with trust look elsewhere. Better neighbor hood to
