The entire experience from initial phone call to get pricing to picking up the truck to returning the truck was great! Angel helped me with the process...very nice dealing with him. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location again. Merci.

I did not discover this until well into the trip and thankfully before I absolutely needed them so that I could purchase new ones or it could have been a deadly situation. Also had to have a tire valve stem replaced or risk a blow out

Victoria HTruck was in great shape. I received the truck at 1/4 of a tank and returned it at 1/2. Got better mileage than I thought. Wish I could get refunded for my gas or at least a gas credit.. lol

IRENE GI truly appreciate the help they provided after hours when I accidentally locked my cell phone in the moving van. If not for their trust and assistance, I would have been really stuck. Service was great from start to finish.

LANA YI had no issues with the rental location I was sent to in Santa Paula. They were extremely helpful and assisted me with my questions. My issues have been with the website, the wrong information posted and lack of help I have received from customer service and online support. I am glad this experience is over. Will probably think twice about using Uhal for my next move. Long time customer, who's very disappointed with the service.

Daniel BWe made our reservation online for Thousand Oaks. I received a call two days before our move that we would have to drive 40 minutes to Santa Paula to pick up the trailer. I must assume that the Thousand Oaks site owner REFUSED to allow his trailer to be taken as a one way, making us have to leave at 7 am to have to drive 40 miles to get the trailer that your website said was available in Thousand Oaks.
JACOB MNoah helped hook up the trailer and went above and beyond to make me feel safe on the road. Check in was easy and friendly.
