I made a reservation on a Saturday through uhaul for a 20 foot truck and car dolly and was quoted 206 plus local taxes for both 1 way from pickup here to destination. When I went to pick up the truck and car dolly I reserved the girl came out wearing pajama pants and was doing everything on the phone. While I was standing there the card I had on file was charged 4 different times, 3 of which got denied by the bank for possible fraudulent activity due to so many charges including large amounts in less than a 5 minutes. I then find out the charge that did process was about 60 dollars more than I was quoted plus local taxes. I was also apparently charged for insurance on the truck and car dolly when I was never even asked if I wanted to pay extra for the insurance on either. Then when I call Uhaul customer service as another customer to see what prices I would get quoted, I find out there are different levels and prices to the insurance, so I guess this facility decided for me if I would be purchasing insurance and the level of insurance I would be purchasing themselves. This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with Uhaul or any Uhaul authorized dealer, or any business altogether! I will NEVER use this facility again or recommend it to ANYONE, and my brother ownes a moving company and deals with Uhaul on a daily basis and he said he has never seen this happen with Uhaul before!

Brandon monganLocation was closed and unable to find instructions to drop off. Barely was able to squeeze the trailer into the lot by the other trailers. Uhaul app wouldn't work.

maria englandThis is a family-owned shop. What they might lack in professionalism (as noted by another reviewer) is more than made up for in warmth and helpfulness. As a mom, it didn't bother me a bit that Shana was feeding her kids with one hand while processing my rental with the other, all the while providing helpful information for a new Maryland resident. The trailer I had reserved was ready and serviceable, and Ron had me hooked up in no time with a smile. Plus the location was excellent, with easy access to the Interstate. I would rent there again!

Jeff NeelyThis was not the original place of pickup. I had a 20 foot truck reserved U-haul Neighborhood Dealer however when I went to pick it up it was rented ahead of me. Frustration to say the least. I'm not impressed how U-Haul's reservations work. There is no need to make reservations, they mean absolutely nothing!
gerald joyIt took an abnormally long time for the rental to be complete, I rented a 20ft truck as well as a utility moving dolly. I entered the facility and asked for those 2 items, I was then charged for a 20ft truck and a CAR DOLLY which raised my bill a significant amount and I was told it would be fixed after being billed which is has yet to be refunded that my bank account reflects. I had arranged to pick up my truck at a later time to which I did, when getting to the truck I had to call and make them aware that the battery was dead in the truck and then I had to wait 20-25 minutes for the gentleman to arrive and jump the battery. I rented the truck and it had very close to 0 fuel in it whatsoever from the start, I was told to return it with a quarter of a tank. This location was very unprofessional and unorganized, they had taken 10-15 minutes to locate the keys to the truck I had already paid to rent. The reasoning for waiting so long was "oh the manager came by and I suppose he had placed the keys in a location we typically don't place them" which seeing the organization and overall cleanliness of the facility I'm not sure there had been a specific place the keys were ever kept. However, at the end of the day this was certainly one of my worst experiences I have ever experienced while renting from U-hual and I will do my best to persuade people away from this location.
