This location was not the location that I signed up to rent from, and I was not notified of this change until 7pm the night before my pickup was scheduled, and when I got arrived at the location, I was informed that they did not have my rental on the computer. The location told me to call Uhaul. The location had to end upncalling Uhaul and giving me the keys. The truck was dirty and covered with pet hair.Joshua H.
Upon arrival the â€œattendantâ€ found his phone to be of more importance than to greet us. Then without looking up greets us and then begins to vape. This was a gas station location and there was 100s of cbd products. I would reccomend uhaul not using this place. The mileage was NOT accurate on the receipt i signed yet never received, because he disnt have the ink and paper to make extras. IT WAS SHADY AND DISGUSTING!!! Will never rent from uhaul again based off this experience. Twice now i have had issues with UHAUL. Check my records and see a refund was issued after uhaul charged me for a dolly that was never placed in the truck, and now yall want $11 more dollars? This company is unprofessional and full of scam artists! I returned the truck at 12:10 and my return says an hour later. That is a lie!!!DANIEL G.

the individual helping us was rude to other customers and he said he did not have the dolly or moving blankets. We looked in the back of the truck and the dolly was there. It took 30 minute to pick our truck. He had the wrong date for pickup. He also charged us for the dolly which he shouldn't had. We had to drive 50 miles to this location to pick up the truck and since our original pick location didn't have it.CHRISTOPHER H.

Make sure the van is clean and that it is in working order. To begin the rental I needed to put air in a tire because it said it was low and could give me the mileage to take a picture. The place didn't have anywhere if get air. They had a pump but was broken. Took home to put air in tire, but then couldn't go through the check out process because it wasn't at the rental location. This was not a very good location to rent from. I will never rent from here again!George K.

Fix the truck I used. The steering is jacked. The alignment is way off and it cannot turn to the left. The brakes also are not great. The clerk in the gas station who completed my uhaul transaction was very nice and helpful though.LAUREN T.

This site was unable to transfer a reservation from another site to this site. I went to the site where I had booked the reservation and my vehicle was not available. The person there was of little help and didn't seem to care. We tried calling the 800 number and was on hold for ten minutes before we finally hung up. Found the location that we ended up renting from, but they did not have the ability to move our reservation. Tried to move it online and could not. Had to cancel the existing reservation and go through the whole process again of online data entry, which was quite irritating. Eventually was able to get a vehicle after about an hour of issues. It was insane. They had no idea what they wete doing inside of the gas station. I actually feel bad for whoever rents there. They had me sign a paper that didnt even have my name on it and they gave me a different truck than i originally was assigned and they didnt hace the key in the safe box for mobile pickup. They're definitely cutting corners somehow. I dont even write bad reviews. Thank you and sorry about this feedback.Alexis B.

We were given the run around from two convenience store locations. As renting U-Haul equipment is not their primary function, there were numerous interruptions and delays in service due to customers at the convenience stores. Also, convenience store #1 was unaware of what truck she had on site and had not followed up with previous night's customer for turn in of equipment for a 9am pick up. This resulted in having to go to a totally new location for service.JEFFERY R.

I expected a print out of what I was renting. I also expected the truck size that was promised to me when my reservation was changed to this location the day before. My reservation was for a 10 ft truck. The reservation agent called me a day before; switched my reservation location to RA1 USA Inc; promised that my 10 ft truck will be available. There was no 10 ft truck available when I went to pick up. The owner informed me that my reservation was for 15 ft. Showed him my reservation. I had no choice to pick up yet another larger truck. The agent did not print me a receipt. He also told me that I had unlimited mileage for one way truck rental. I do not know why there was a hand truck in the truck. Even with the online check in, took a long time to pick up the truck. problem with the reservation system; may be the agent had to change the truck size,... The location was clean;MOHAMMAD B.
I made the reservation online and included a dolly. When I opened the truck there was no dolly present, so I asked the manager of the establishment, who said they have no dollies on site. It was a major inconvenience to my move, and every time I tried to call Uhaul it was like a 40 min wait time for customer service, so I had to continue my move without one.Stephen V.

This review is asking the wrong questions. The staff at both locations were great, but there was a problem with my account (when I would log in it would say someone else's name and say that I had no reservation), which meant I needed to call a few times. And THAT experience was awful. 25+ minute wait times, and apparently my account could not be reset.Michael S.

Just want to say going inside this establishment I was confronted by an array of Vape items, all kinds of products to enhance wakefulness or alertness and various products from Vietnam to enhance who knows what. There are thick sheets of bullet proof glass surrounding the cashier counter. There was only 1 cashier and the process for getting the truck required everything I had already done on line to expedite the process. I was nervous and couldn't wait to get out of there. It's easy to go to another less intimidating site than be in a place that caters to unstable clientele. The cashier was courteous although also nervous. This site is at at main exit for the loop. It needs to be upgraded significantly since the Racetrack opened across the street.MARGARET D.

This was a Gas Station and the person helping me get the Truck was alone and had alot of people walking in and out so I had to wait for a final balance upon returning the Truck. He made me feel I was not worth his time over his regular store customers so he made me wait until he attends to the rest and then get me my final bill. MerciPREMAL J.
The MovingHelpers.com which I hired thru your site never called me back, texted, or emailed after all of my attempts, starting 3 day out. If they didn't want the job they just should have said so, that way I could have coordinated with another company. I was stuck unloading a truck with two 60 year women and myself. One flight of stairs with a sofabed was impossible. Thanks! Since Uhaul was the go between, I rate the entire Uhaul experience a 5. I was switched to this location after a call from a U-Haul rep. This location did not have blankets as I ordered. The blankets were removed from my order but it would have been nice to have them. Instead I had to add miles to go pick some up at another location.WILLIAM S.

I wasted about 20 minutes at this location because the owner did not take the time to listen to my name or verify my name or reservation number. He kept saying he did not have my order. Tried calling customer service abs could not get anyone at that time. I had to keep talking to him and showing my phone for him to take extra time to verify my name and pick up time. I was charged for mileage that was put on the vehicle due to the distributor failing to put the equipment I rented in the truck. Store was dirty and unorganized with only one person working. He was the gas station cashier who had to repeatedly stop checking me in to attend to customers. A 5 minute process took over 30 minutes. The truck was dirty with candy and dirt all over the floors and drinks spilled all in the cup holders.Kayla B.

When the truck was dropped off we turned in keys and were told that was all we needed to do. However, the truck was, in fact, not checked in. I had to make another trip to the drop off location. When I asked the U Haul employee he told me the truck was checked in. When I continued to question, he admitted the truck wasn't checked in. He kept insisting that it was. Finally, I required a paper receipt. That's when he finally got on the computer and checked in the truck. This all required an extra trip and approx. 30 minutes of my time. I am not pleased with this level of â€œserviceâ€.David T.

With COVID-19, sanitizing is extremely important. I wiped down the stirring wheel and seats, etc. with sanitizer and bleach and it was still extremely dirty even after 3 wipes.JIANITA P.
