ANDY A.It appeared that my account was not changed over to Truck Share so it looked like I was already checked in and set to get the truck right when I arrived. This was not the case. The phone number I was given to call was not an accurate number for the gentlemen who was delivering the truck. The gas station provided his phone number. Morning of, I spent an hour and 15 minutes just trying to get the key from the gentlemen who was not helpful or professional. The key was not in the lockbox either. In the end the lady from the gas station had to give it to us after getting permission from the gentlemen we were working with. Picking up the Uhaul was the most stressful part of my entire moving experience. We will not plan on using Uhaul in the future. However, Christina from Uhaul customer service was awesome and super helpful and is the only reason I didn't leave without a Uhaul.
Frank J.My pick up location got changed 3 times and the last location was further from my location which cost me more in mileage. I also requested a dolly and this location did not have any yet I was still charged for one. I tried to call customer service but no one answers.
