When I dropped off the person could not first locate me in the computer. She had to call someone to walk her through the process. Took a while to complete. The person unhooking trailer did not know how to release trailer from car. I had to tell him how to complete. After unhooked he could not move trailer, so I had to move my car forward while he held trailer up. Location is convenient with spacious lot.

I was surprised at the lack of trailer availability near my pickup location. I had been checking availability weeks ahead but had not known there were local a d one way fleets. I had to travel two hours to pick up a trailer.

During our original drop off and the following pick up of the trailer, no help was offered or given to hook up the trailer to our vehicle. No inspection of the vehicle lights was conducted by the attendants. My son, who was in a leg brace following knee surgery, had to do both the un-hooking and re-hooking of the trailer by himself. This location SHOULD NOT be an authorized Uhaul facility.

Trailer blew a tire, my friends tell me that the brand, Carlisle I believe, is sub-par. Roadside services were timely and professional but overall it cost us an 1:45 in time.

The system didnot have this location set to accept the trailer. The lady I was working with called in and had the system set so that I could drop the trailer off there. Again a very friendly worker. I would use UHaul again and recommend to others

The lady at this uhaul pick up place was rude, unprofessional, and cancelled my order. When we rebooked, she didnt even tell us which trailer it was. And in fact was attached to another vehicle.

The pick up location is a gas station. We had to wait so the cashier could help the other customers that were purchasing items. There should be at least two cashiers at all times so one can assist UHaul custormers while the other assist gas station customers!

clean the truck before releasing it to next customer....And I was charged $766 for fewer miles than the one I rented two weeks prior with more miles??? Only $738. I plan on renting one more 26 footer within two weeks to make the same trip---I wonder what that cost will be????

Just wondering if I can get a breakdown for my rental? Not quiet sure where the price difference came from since my trailer rental cost was suppose to be $29.95 for 6x12 in town rental and my total bill was over 65.00. The pricing is very misleading!

We live in Brainerd and had to return the trailer to the racetrack area which is many miles north of town in a very busy area. I cannot believe that there was not a U-Haul dealer in town. Very disgusted!

I tried to discussing issue of incorrect fuel level with people and got mixed reactions. I understand at the local level they're limited in what they can do because this was a one-way rental. They did give me an 800 number to call which I did before refueling. I didn't want to fill the tank to the incorrect level then try to get a credit later. In the end, my dispute was noted on the contract and was put on hold which seemed fair to me. If I'm charged for the extra fuel I have proof (photos and receipts) that the initial amount stated in contract. I put N/A for "clean and inviting" because this location is part of convenience store. It's fine, nothing wrong with it but it's not a U-Haul specific store.

The lady that was behind the counter was not helpful at and she refused to help me and two tires were under inflated and the two were iver inflated...never going there again...
