Could not access the drop off program due to my android phone, ca Lord the number posted in the window. Spoke to Candy who took care of my situation. The following AN called the drop off point and found every was processed. Much easier than reserve g the treuk.

The dealer was great. no issues. What I would like to see from Uhaul is 1/2 day rates. I rented the truck and used it 6 hours but had to pay for 24. Additional tie down rings in the truck would also be helpful, on the wall slats and floor points would make the truck much more DIY friendly.

Warn us ahead of time that we will need passport or another person to answer a phone call before we get key if we do contactless pickup. That caused me to waste thirty mins. Also, I'm worried about the dolly and cart in back of the truck. They are in the cargo area, but what keeps someone else from stealing them?

Bill went above and beyond with my last minute change from a dangerous Penske truck to Uhaul. He stayed after hours and came in on Sunday to find an auto transport and get me on the road for a move to Florida from Pennsylvania and never made me feel I was a burden. He was a kind man and made sure i was informed and ok. I would highly recommend this location on Rt 30 in Irwin near the turnpike exchange.

Reccomend the check in the night before option. Was quicker to get on the road than getting a car at the airport. Had issued with the check back in out of hours. Mot the fault of the location just the uhaul website. So make sure you have plenty of battery life on your phone.

Having rented several U-Haul trucks over the past couple of years I was quite satisfied with the experience. My last experience, however, left me with concerns regarding the maintenance of vehicles for rent to the public. Upon leaving the rental location I immediately noticed that the vehicle was wondering all over the road and at time difficult to keep under control. My best guess would be that the truck needed a front end alignment or perhaps strut or shock replacement. Since I'm not a mechanic I can't say for sure but driving the vehicle for the course of a day I was concerned of my own safety and that of others,

very experienced and knowledgeable, no fuss no waste of time or energy, this 6x12 was very good and newer making pulling a breeze, smooth. doors opening to the side is better design that roller door. The last model was older and swayed more on the highway, had the garage door roller.
