The Management is very unprofessional and Talks to you with a downgraded tone. One weekend I could not Enter because Gates where broke, and they would not compensate me in any way, they just give you Excuses. Very poor Management. Very Disappointed in this place.

They have puddles of water that stands in front of units poor drainage so when cars travel thru it pushes water under doors and when it's rains really hard I had water getting into my unit and they acted like they didn't care. I had one lady that was really rude about the whole ordeal. That's why I moved my stuff out
DONNA O | Expérience généraleAll contents were removed in a timely manner, however, after calling the office to let them know we had all of our belongings out of the unit we received a call from corporate telling us we were past due. We also received an email stating we owed them and were past due. They did not check the unit in a timely manner to confirm our things were out. We do not appreciate being treated as delinquent when we were not. Could use some customer service training.

I actually ended up being late on a payment because there was no one at the office to take it and no one picked up the phone and the website did not work so I had no way to pay my monthly payment. 3 times in a row. Also there was no phone call or text or anything about any potential return of any possible deposit.
