Dom TGave me the option to drop off after hours (on the app) but it wasn't permitted at that location. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour on what to do. Had to talk to multiple people because the first 2 told me they couldn't help me. Very frustrating, they charged me multiple different times, then afterwards I'm being charged for gas just like last time. The location proceeded to call me the next morning and make sure I knew I slowed down their entire day because I "parked the vehicle in front of their main gate" which is what customer service told me to do- and I had no other option to do anything else.

Virglyn Hthe gas tank was empty and the two 12 v power supplies not working, they also over charged on gas and miles i did not make. Over all poor quality service

CRAIG CI reserved a 24/7 truck share and the manager called me before I arrived to pick my truck up and informed me they closed at 1pm on Saturday's and explained the check in process so that I had no confusion when I got there if he wouldn't have went out of his way to do that it would have been difficult for me! Thank you I'm not tech savvy and that helped a lot!
Makiesha SI always use this location to get a u-haul, the Manager there is awesome!! I run a business so I use the moving trucks pretty regularly and they always have me set up with blankets and a dolly and ready to go before I get there! Merci.
