I used a 15ft truck and was charged for a 20ft truck also 2 hours after renting truck Uhaul took 266.83 out of my account after I was told by Ramos I wouldnt be charged til I returned truck.

Terminate the uhaul field manager for this area. Hes in professional, a bully, very rude and a LIAR! Never ever have I been treated so poorly.

We returned the truck and additional equipment Sunday afternoon to the Ramos Auto Parts location. The location was closed; so the key was left in the lockbox. Monday I received a message that the appliance dolly, furniture dolly and blankets had not been returned; and I would be charged for them. I drove 50 miles (100 miles round trip) back to Uvalde to consult with the dealer. The truck was parked with the back panel down; when he opened it the equipment was in there as I had left it. He blamed it on his brother; I blame the dealership. I was extremely tired from the move, and I was in no mood to drive 199 miles due to someone's total imcompotence. I would never use or recommend Ramos U Haul to anyone...ever !!!

Very concerned about my bad 26' truck and could not believe that veh was ssued to me At about 70 miles into travel engine trouble slowed by trip from two days to three but I made it and the truck craped out completely on me a mile from return station. As of know I will never EVER rent another u haul I will pay the extra 400.00 dollars for true service and no lies. A comment like well whats wrong with the truck. I said do u see its got a ton of bugs on whole front? Then answer was well call u haul not my problem and she walked away. Pissed me off but I was on a time crunch. And truck was not delivered to where we agreed. Your Utah based people need to learn customer service

When I picked up the truck it said on the contract that it had three quarters of a tank of gas. When I got in the truck it only had a half a tank of gas. I told the owner and he said to take a before and after picture of my fuel gauge showing the odometer reading and that it would be taken care of. After dropping it off I was charged $68 search for additional fuel even though I had pictures. The drop off location said that it didn't matter that I had pictures at all. They stated that I should not have taking the vehicle from the pickup location until it was fixed.
