Would give 0 stars if could. I reserved a 6x12 trailer 5 days in advance only to be told the closest one was over an hour away. Ok no big deal I guess I’ll have to get it. Took over an hour to get it hooked up to my truck because it was buried in the back. The rate was $29.99/day. I had it 3 days. Simple math can tell you with tax should be around $100. When I was finished with the trailer I returned it to a closer location which is where I wanted to rent it in the first place. I was charged $200 because they said I returned it to a different location. They already had my cc info and charged it so there was nothing I could do. So because they couldn’t get the trailer to my location I’m the one punished. What a scam

Terrible place. This place is over its capacity. There's no space to move vehicle in and out. Took almost an hour for the staff to manage to have the trailer ready. Manager was rude. He was whining/complaing about not getting paid enough from Uhaul for all his effort he put out per rental. He passed that negative energy to the customers which is unacceptable.

Nothing. Other than a few things with the truck -over steering issue and passenger side mirror flopping around (nothing to do with location, app or people) - it was an amazing experience using the app as well as speaking with a rep. Not looking forward to moving again but when we do.... ???

Gas gauge on truck was broke. I tried to explain to one of the workers the situation that the tank is filled to the very top and still not reading half a tank. This guy then insisted that if the gauge is not reading half a tank he’s gonna charge me for the missing gauge, refusing to look at the truck multiple times after I had expressed to him that the gas is visible at the top of the tank and It’s clear that the gauge is faulty. This guy wound up calling the cops on me because I refused to give him the keys for him to check the vehicle in until I talked to customer service, which he said he would not call them and handle the situation. This guy instead called the cops on me. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone ever. After my encounter this location should no longer be able to supply u haul trucks due to their poor customer service and the way I, the customer, was treated. “ Well you better keep trying” was the remark the guy made when I told him the gas is filled to the top and the gauge is broke. This is unacceptable from a business.

After hours of speaking and repeating myself to customer service reps and a dreadful supervisor who sent me a simple letter paragraph letter taking zero accountability it is my interpretation that the staff at Uhaul is not only useless and disrespectful but has zero appreciation for their customers. They let me go with a broken blinker which in itself is negligent.
