I reserved online. 1 hour before pickup I get a call saying they my original location have the truck, even though I'd reserved. I had to drive 12 miles further to pick up a truck. Very very irritating. I won't reserve o line ever again.Tommy T.
I was scheduled to pick up my U-Haul at 5:00 pm last week. I ended up getting stuck at work and got there closer to 6:00, but I didn't think anything of it since I had opted for the online pick-up process. Unfortunately there was some glitch in the system because I never received a lockbox code to get my key. Luckily one of the workers, Leon, was on-site and went above and beyond to help me re-do the whole process after hours. I would not recommend this location for after hours pick-up just in case something similar happened to anyone else, but I SO appreciated Leon's assistance!Kylie H.
was told to rent auto hauler was 50 $something a day, they allowed 5 days to reach destination. Charged for 5 days but would be reimbursed for days not used. Arrived but no refund was given, only offered 20 $toward next rental. Are you kidding me???? I was LIED to! Told sorry they misrepresented this to you but its a flat charge. So I hope you enjoy my money you ripped off of me.Rodney K.

The after hours checkin process is a nightmare. There is very little cell service at this location so it was impossible to do this through my phone. I tried for 45 minutes.Phillip C.
The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. The uhaul system was not working and they had to have the general manager do the reservation. (This was no fault of their own, as I wasn't able to reserve the truck online either. There is a problem with the website.) The truck and trailer was clean, ready, and waiting for us. I would definitely recommend them.POLLY S.

All said and done.. they charged me close to 50 $an hr to move a sectional with a small enclosed truck! Really? 3 hrs... never again! Started out about 60 $estimate..VINCENT B.

Very dissapointed in this location. We were the only customers there and we waited for over one hour by the time we drove off the lot. We were very patient and we had no explanation other than the "system" had problems. The employee was nice but offered no apology and did not put the trailer on correctly. We didn't have far to drive and my Dad fixed it when we got back but it could have been very dangerous and came off. I called customer service to let a manager know what happened and a regional manager was suppose to call me back to speak about the issue and never did. This is extremely unprofessional and not acceptable. I see no point in having a "reservation" if you have to wait that long (especially when you are the only ones there) also that is very poor business to allow your customer (who is obviously moving) to sit there and wait so long, losing valuable time. I will not recommend this location to any neighbors, friends or family. Do yourself a favor rent somewhere else.suzanne E.

Despite confirming twice on Thursday, this location did not allocate a truck for me to pick up on Saturday. This meant I had to drive several miles out of my way for a truck, then be charged extra for the mileage that cost me.BENJAMIN L.
