The only thing that I was upset about is that we had discussed a time we would be there to pick up (we had a 2 1/2 hour drive) and when we got there they were Closed and we had to wait 1 hour outside in cold temperatures. The worker who helped us was very Friendly and Helpful though.

Offer an alternative option, which takes into account that inclement weather may interfere with mobile or online ONLY—requirement, for truck and equipment turn in at drop-off locations; after normal business hours. When contractual deadline date and time falls on turn- in location's close of business day.

Justin was outstanding in helping me change my drop-off location to his location. My original drop-off was 9595 Ranch RD 12, Wimberley, TX. When I tried to contact them, their telephone number did not ring (please try it: (512) 392-1808). Also they are hard to find, and don't show up until late morning. Not impressed.

It was closed during the middle of the day on Saturday! Drop off instructions were terrible and complex.

The equipment was fine. I did not appreciate having to drive 45 each way to pickup the rental equipment, I was notified the day before of getting screwed by U-Haul that I had to drive to another city. I have a hard time believing that all of Austin TX, the 11th largest city in the US did not have the equipment I reserved. Drop off same situation, there were 2 U-Hauls within 10 minutes of me, I got to drive 30 minutes to drop off, not convenient for me.

I had to return the truck after hours and it kept saying I was not sharing my location on safari but I was, so it would not let me return the truck. It took 15 min until I used google chrome instead and it worked.... Need to improve the mobile drop off and pick up.

I won't use this place again, they charged me for leaving truck there overnight. I dropped it off two days before deadline and they should appreciated because another customer might need it so they charged me without me knowing it. It is not right.

I understand corona is affecting things. However, there was no one there (the office was closed during operating hours). I spent an hour in the summer heat with poor internet connection trying to drop off the vehicle. I did not know where I was supposed to park or anything else other than some signs by the door telling me what to do. If I had any worse connection out there (sprint/t-mobile was my carrier) I would not have been able to drop off the truck. You can still have at least one person there to help customers while fitting COVID safety measures. That's my main complaint. Not everyone has or can successfully use their phone to drop off. Real in person employees should always be an option during operation hours.

Justin was very helpful. Office was maintaining safe practices related to the pandemic. The whole facility is clean and orderly. The van I needed was clean, full of gas, and waiting when I arrived. No problems with the equipment. Check-in was quick and easy when I returned the van. I've been to several U-Haul facilities over the years and this is the neatest and most professional.

Unhappy with their policy of scanning a customer's driver's license into their computer/database. I had already given them the number...there is no need for them to have a copy of the license itself. I consider this an unnecessary security risk of my personal information.

A day before pickup I got a call advising the truck wasn't available at my selected location, I would need to go to to another and very less convenient site. Even though the mgr at my site said it would be there-just the day before. I called the mgr at my site and he said he would look into this. 2 hours later he said the regl mgr drove the truck to my requested site. Seems there is a communication problem at uhaul that caused me alot of time and effort to correct.

I had to return the truck after hours. The Ap was very hard to “get into to” maybe on the sign suggesting a particular web browser to use such as chrome or safari that you all know works best with your Ap would be helpful. It was very frustrating to say the least especially after a hard day of moving !

They did not have an adapter for the electrical part of the trailer. They did not even have a receptacle to test the trailer to see if it worked. We could not get the trailer lights to work so I had to upgrade to a more expensive purchase that I did not need and in the meantime I have been to charge double for my U-Haul services that I'm not happy with

when we asked what time we could bring the trailer back he said anytime. we took it back in less the 12 hours after renting it. this location failed to tell us that i would get charged a extra 20 dollars for after hours.if he would have i could of waited until in the morning i was trying to be helpful so they could have it ready for someone else. that is a con to get the extra 20.

Second rental from Ranch Road. Truly nice people committed to customer service. Justin, Pat and Preston are the best UHaul reps - company and independent - that I've ever dealt with in 40+ years. Yeah, I am that old which makes me appreciate true professionals. How to improve? Clone Ranch Road, San Marco's, TX.

I paid in advance and wanted access to the truck early on moving day. I didn't get a lock box code for the key had to wait around and go into the store and pretty much start from scratch. Very uneven process, shouldn't be so f@*%king difficult!

The truck was clean on the inside but I think the last user went down some ranch roads, because all the dirt and dust on the outside made the interior smell like manuer. Luckily it rained a little while we used it so some of the smelly dirt came off. Neither of the 2 workers inside offered to do a vehicle walk with us to spot any previous damage, so we walked it ourselves before our use. Also neither worker took us to the truck at all, so it was a little confusing finding our truck- there were 4 same sized trucks all squared together and took us a minute to realize where the number tags were located. We were refunded for the mileage we paid for but didnt use, and we received our email receipt about an hour after we returned the truck, so that was great. We didn't spot any garbage cans to toss our cups into, but that may be to prevent users of the storage facility dumping their belongings, so we took our small amount of trash with us.
